I had a worst experience with the Half Price Matrass which is called Mattress Home now. My first matrass I bought from them FAILED AND I HAD A WARRANTY CLAIM. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY AND ONLY GAVE ME A STORE CREDIT. I chose the second matrass which I liked but it was on back ordered. The matrass which I really wanted was never delivered to me . I had no other options by the owner to pay more to choose something else after they extended my exchange to 3 month in less than 24 hours to pick up another matrass which I didn't want and I was afraid to pick the original matrass because it would fail again!!! I paid $1583.00 for the second matrass which was very uncomfortable! I was willing to wait for the back order. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER COME BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN! I STILL HAVE A MATRASS WHICH THEY NEVER EXCHANGED WHICH IS HURTING MY BACK!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

All sorts of different choices and great prices!! I decided to pick up my mattress (instead of delivery) and the salesman brought it outside for me, helped me get it on top of my van and securely tie it down (even let me borrow his straps, which I returned that night). Thank you! I highly recommend this mattress store to everyone.
