Best mattress store in Venice, Florida (FL) 2024

I had a worst experience with the Half Price Matrass which is called Mattress Home now. My first matrass I bought from them FAILED AND I HAD A WARRANTY CLAIM. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY AND ONLY GAVE ME A STORE CREDIT. I chose the second matrass which I liked but it was on back ordered. The matrass which I really wanted was never delivered to me . I had no other options by the owner to pay more to choose something else after they extended my exchange to 3 month in less than 24 hours to pick up another matrass which I didn't want and I was afraid to pick the original matrass because it would fail again!!! I paid $1583.00 for the second matrass which was very uncomfortable! I was willing to wait for the back order. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER COME BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN! I STILL HAVE A MATRASS WHICH THEY NEVER EXCHANGED WHICH IS HURTING MY BACK!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! ~REGINA

I bought a dining set, entry table, Console Table, coffee table and leather reclining sofa in May. It took a while to receive my furniture due to the pandemic, but it was well worth the wait. The staff at the Furniture Warehouse were understanding, and patient with my inquiries. The delivery personnel were extremely polite, efficient and respectful of my home and property. I would definitely do business with them again if the need arises. Thank you Furniture Warehouse! ~Heather
