Did we find some good furniture here? Yes. Will we come back here in the future? No. First of all, Kerry was a great and helpful salesman for us, very patient, knowledgeable, fun, and understanding. Nothing to complain here. Well, they give us a 10% coupon to shop for accessories after they deliver the furniture. All their accessories are fairly cheap, what you would find on Amazon and HomeGoods, really nothing special, but we thought we would stop by to support our local business. Because of Hurricane Ian, we couldn’t make it within one month of them delivering the furniture, so they said the coupon is invalid. But what’s more frustrating to us is the fact that the dining chairs should have been delivered and we would have gotten a valid coupon to use by that day, but the chairs got delayed again until mid November, so about 2.5 months after we agreed to buy them at the store. Why is it okay for them to delay the furniture delivery date but not okay for the customers to use a coupon that is worth virtually nothing 2 weeks late? It’s an unreasonable timeline and policy that will unfortunately lose them two customers for life. Plus, their website is outdated and not updated on new stuff very often. Not very helpful in this digital, online shopping era. The other review is right about the manager here. He is below average and very rude.

Furniture Warehouse of Venice is incredible! We are snowbirds and bought a home in Venice. Furniture Warehouse was our first stop. So happy it was as we bought 90% of our furniture and decor from them! Chris, the assistant manage was such a pleasure to work with!! He was so knowledgeable, kind yet not pushy! I recommend this store to everyone I know!

Great experience. Chris spent a lot of time helping me order my furniture and kept it in storage until I moved into my condo months later. He couldn't have been anymore nice, helpful and accommodating than he was! Delivery was just as good with Kevin and Daniel. Will definitely shop there again. Highly recommend!

Our sales assistant Jim was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us! We bought a sleeper couch and a chair and the couch was delivered in 2 days! He was very helpful with accent pieces also!

I shopped at Furniture Warehouse in Venice today. I have been to five other furniture stores this weekend, trying to hit some holiday sales. When I walked through the door and met Chris, the assistant manager, I knew I found someone who understood what I wanted. Not only did they have many selections of gray sofas, but right away Chris pointed out coordinating fabric on chairs in just the colors I wanted, teal and navy! I absolutely fell in love with the Coral Reef pattern. I was able to mix and match between two sets and Chris was willing to push chairs around the floor for me! Chris was attentive but not pushy and I think was as excited as I was about my selection. He was very knowledgeable about their inventory and options available. I’m really looking forward to getting my new furniture for my new home!!

I was greeted by Amy as I was looking for a mattress. It was the second store I had been to today, so I knew a little about what I wanted and prices. It was like a light went out in her head and her attitude became condescending and demeaning. She walked away and I ran from the store. I hope you work on commission Amy because I bought a Lumina Celebrity from Zach at Land of Sleep 30 minutes after you blew me off with free delivery😀

Always a great experience at Venice Furniture Warehouse. Lynn was our salesperson. She was attentive, helpful, but not pushy. We were able to get what we were looking for...and then some. When it came to check out, Jim, the assistant manager helped Lynn with the whole process. He was patient and professional with Lynn. ( She is new). The delivery came 2 days later. The delivery guys, Carlos and Leo were fantastic! They called ahead of time and arrived as stated. The were friendly and accommodating. Overall a great experience from all!

I bought a dining set, entry table, Console Table, coffee table and leather reclining sofa in May. It took a while to receive my furniture due to the pandemic, but it was well worth the wait. The staff at the Furniture Warehouse were understanding, and patient with my inquiries. The delivery personnel were extremely polite, efficient and respectful of my home and property. I would definitely do business with them again if the need arises. Thank you Furniture Warehouse!
