We bought a boxspring and mattress at Fifi's in June and the two gentlemen that showed us the mattress said it was in perfect condition and barely used. They held it for us until we moved down in Aug. 2020. When the delivery people arrived they informed us that it had a big water stain on it. Where did it come from, JoAnn never bothered to even call and tell us. We called Fifi's and JoAnn told us all sales are final, no returns. She finally told us she would have a service contact us to clean it and she would pay for it. My husband called several times as no one ever contacted us. She finally told him, enough is enough and sent us a check for $45.00. Really? Who is going to come and clean it for $45.00? We contacted the service people she recommended and they wanted $120.00, She is not concerned about the customer at all, only about her sales. I will never buy anything in her store again or even go to it.

I really like the inventory of this store...I am a thrifting addict and love to get great deals which is why FiFis loses 2 stars from me. second hand items should be inexpensive, relative to their worth and the furniture and even the clothing can be overpriced. The staff doesn't ask if you need assistance, which in a small store such as FiFis I'd expect. They do have an incredible amount of merchandise though and it's well organized, especially compared to other second hand stores.

Today I visited FIFI’s Fine Furnishings in Venice FL, for the second time, and for the second time I cannot say anything but good about them. JoAnne was very helpful finding the items I wanted, and the male employee, I don’t know his name, was very helpful in getting the items into my car. Thanks you, folks, for a good experience. I will be back when/it the need arises. 👍👍

This is an amazing place from which to furnish your home! All of their items are top quality and very gently used! The prices are more than reasonable and Joann is there almost every day to explain the history of the piece and help you find anything your heart desires! She is very personable and is an excellent customer service person who never disappoints!!
