I’m more for the under dog this store is way too big and never any help! I’d rather pay a little more and get service!! I don’t enjoy walking aimlessly hoping to stumble onto an employee that knows something! I have bought appliances there and have been happy! You can go online and look at the selection then go in store to finalize it much easier! It’s just a very busy store not easily maneuverable.

We recently remodeled our laundry room, and bought all our materials, cabinets, and appliances from Lowes. I had to return a door, and it got complicated at the register. After several people tried to figure it out, Christine Higbee jumped in and figured it all out on the spot, and even shared some water with me. She was smart, kind, and professional. Our experience with the whole store and the staff was great. This Lowes is our go to home improvement store.

My wife & I recently visited Lowes Venice FL requesting information on purchasing a solar generator we saw on Lowes online. Jay, in Customer Service, greeted us with a smile and supplied all the information we needed. We placed an order and received it within a week. We thank Jay for all the work she did to make the purchase and provided the process to get us the best price for the equipment. Also, upon picking up our equipment, she followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We noticed how well the Customer Service personnel worked together including their supervisor Lupo. Thank you Jay for an enjoyable experience.

Lowes throws away alot of products that go to the landfills. They will not sell them as the manufacturers reimburse them full price (wholesale). So instead of selling for less, and having the product used, they go for the money and dump it into the enviroment. I wanted some broken cement stones, dried out dead plants, and wood scraps to use creatively, but now they are all part of the polluted " American landfillscape". Lowes is a 5 star store, but hopefully the 1 star gets this read. America needs to rid itself of its "throw away mentality".

Lynn was very pleasant and helpful. She explained everything about the warranty, credit card and up coming sales. My new refrigerator will be here in only 2 days.

There is a Bernie which is a female that works at the service desk who was the rudest person I have come across in a long time! When my husband asked her about why she didn’t mention an in-store credit as a replacement for a clients product instead of in-store credit on his card she just looked at him shook her head and said oh well and then kept making statements as she walked away so you couldn’t understand her. I could tell by the people who were working around her that they are very uncomfortable around her also. Cannot believe people are so hard up for employees that they would tolerate rudeness to kind people who were just asking a question

I have been a Lowe's and Home Depot fan a long time. Would love to see better lumber at Lowe's but prices between these two are competitive. Would also like to see more #1 lumber.
