This place sucks! I bring my truck to oil change and when I came to pick up my tuck at 6pm ...surprise they didn't have oil filter, then they told me come back tomorrow at 8:30 we already ordered the oil filter, next day my car was done at 11am

They were amazing and quick they found a few minor problems with my vehicle how ever they help me find things cheaper even when it wasn't with them. They took care of me and the issues as well as being real with me and the reality of every case scenario. Definitely worth the time. And best of all my high mileage oil change was cheaper than most.

Bought a new set of tires here a couple of months ago with an alignment and forgot to leave a review. I got my truck back from them with the steering off center and once taken on to the highway it had a bad vibration. I did go back for the steering alignment immediately but after trying for what seemed like an hour, they said their alignment machine was not working and they couldn’t fix it at the moment and that I could come back another day...ok. After getting on the highway and feeling the vibration...no thanks! Took it elsewhere for another alignment check and tire rebalancing, and everything’s good now.

I want to mention James Magliore he was extremely nice and helpful and very pleasant. All the staff there is always very nice. Never have to wait long and the place is always very clean. I’m always satisfied with the work done at Tire Choice.

300 dollars for a 100 dollar front end alignment, and a 5 to 6 hour wait for it. Something drastically wrong with it so I went back a few days later and asked the mechanic if he would just take another look see, maybe test drive it around the parking lot. He asked me if I could wait a "few" minutes while he mounted a few tires, and he'd be right with me. An hour later I'm still standing in the parking lot watching the mechanic in the garage playing pocket pool and shooting the breeze with the other mechanic and doing something else really important, the garage, and parking lot were almost empty. Nothing on the alignment machine. For some people 300 bucks on a retirement income is massive, so I guess it's, A fool and his money are soon parted.

This is a warning, I’m not one for giving bad reviews but I do when it’s necessary. I’ve worked 12 years of customer service so I know when to give a non biased review to save time and energy for others. I went here, it seemed great at the time but now I go to PepBoys on Cypress Gardens Blvd. I was told on my visit to TC that my brake pads were in the “red” and that they needed to be changed. That they were thin and it was bad. That was back in October, I didn’t change them because I couldn’t pay for that at the time. Just did a full check up at PepBoys five months later they said my break pads are perfectly fine they don’t need to be replaced anytime soon. So my suggestion is to look elsewhere or you’ll be told something that isn’t true and end up spending an extra $100 on something that doesn’t need to be fixed. Hopefully this helps because I would’ve liked a true review. And if you still go to TC and you liked the service that’s fantastic too. This was just my own experience with them.

The ABSOLUTE BEST experience I’ve had in an Auto Repair Shop! James and Stephen made me feel like I was among friends and they were very professional! They went above and beyond to help me. CUSTOMER SERVICE and WORK QUALITY is TOP NOTCH!!! They were able to take my car in right away! I’ve been lied to in the past at other shops who have tried to rob me. But NOT this shop! James and Stephen did their job with INTEGRITY! I’ve been searching for a good Auto Repair Shop to exclusively bring my vehicles for service for a few years now and I’m so GLAD I found Tire Choice Auto Service!!!!! You don’t come across individuals like James and Stephen everyday who are Friendly, Professional, Respectful, Knowledgeable and Honest! Especially in this type of business! THANK YOU Gentlemen!

this was the best experience I've ever had getting my two front tires! The manager Steven was so friendly, kind and helpful! We actually had a very nice conversation which I appreciated and I will definitely be returning for all of my car needs! Had an 8:30 appointment and was out in less than an hour on a Saturday morning!
