Arrived in Atlanta for a convention only to find out our booth did not arrive and was lost. Called several local companies to try to find someone who could make us a banner fast, so we would not be sitting there all day without any name recognition. Customs signs helped me put together a great banner, helped me with the Logo and design work and got it all done in the same day. By 3pm we had a banner and Customs Signs saved the day and the convention for us. We truly appreciate their fast friendly services and getting this done in record time of us! We used CST to print and install a professional cut vinyl sticker of our logo and core values in our new office in Atlanta and were very pleased with the results. Their prices coupled with professionalism are unbeatable. They sent us a quote within hours of first contact and within days had our product printed and ready to be installed. UPDATE: I’m updating my review and rating to 5 Stars. 10/31/22 - I went to Custom Signs today and sat with Santay while he made the necessary corrections, as I waited. The retractable banner was reprinted ready to go within 30 min! Thank you so much Santay! =============================== Custom Signs has great customer service. Santy was a pleasure to work with, which is why I’m giving any stars at all. From my lessons learned, I suggest if you work with Custom Signs, provide them with files they’ll need to produce quality work for you. I submitted an order for a retractable banner with images via, ppt, which they did say was something new for them. They took on the project and sent me a few different drafts via email before completing the final iteration. The finished product looked fine in the email. I asked Santy was any of it blurry at all & he said, “no not really” and said, “it looked fine”. When I went to pick up the banner, the first image I saw was very blurry. I shared this concern with the manager I believe, but the response I received was, “we worked with what you provided”, with no intent to make it right. IMO, after printing this project on the banner, I feel it’s Custom Signs obligation to let me know that some of the images came out blurry and what next steps need to be taken to correct it, before I reach the shop to pick it up. This work is a representation of Custom Signs and In the end, it’s a poor representation of my company which will be hosting a very large event next week.

I came in the store today to get a poster for my fiancée and Heyward was very helpful. It was a last minute job and he made sure I got everything I needed. I really appreciate you and the customer service. Not too mention, these guys also printed my interior wall graphic for my art exhibition. The installation guys were booked so I had to install it myself, but Heyward gave me all the necessary tools and a step-by-step video on how to install it. It came out perfect. Heyward and his team are true professionals. I hired them to create and install a custom vinyl logo for my virtual fitness company and they crushed it. The logo looks phenomenal on the wall and they were able to work with my busy schedule in order to coordinate an installation time and date that worked. The entire process from quote to install was extremely quick and they worked with me in deciding the best size for my needs. The installation itself was quick and Heyward, the owner, put the logo up himself and was such a good guy. They have all my sign business for as long as I am in Atlanta.
