Disgusting customer service from Carmen Cantero NMLS ID 1609619. She is rude without even giving you the opportunity to speak or provide reason for coming into the branch. This is the 2nd experience with this person. She don’t deserve any role when dealing with customers!!!! I will escalate to corporate as she needs a new job elsewhere!! She is clearly not customer service worthy!!!

So i go there after work to deposit my check, before doin that I even tried to deposit on the app. The photo below shows the error message. Then i called the 1-800 customer service number. They told me that I wasn’t the only customer who had this problem and they couldn’t do anything about it. I been with this bank since 2017, and never had any problems.

I only go here because I have to. I missed my appt by 30 min and would understand if they were busy. No one was in there but I get “ we will have to check our calendar” NOONE IS IN THE BANK how long does it really take to open a savings account for an existing customer. Oh and no wellsfargo banks answer their phones. What a joke

This bank has horrible customer service. I have never had an issue with Wells Fargo bank until walking into this branch. I wish i would have got names to mention but I didn’t from being so shocked how rude three different staff was. Maybe I should have wore a suit or something to get more respect. I would never go there again. They need training. And maybe even shut it down.

Over the last 15 years, I have had the opportunity to engage with numerous bank managers in scores of locations. However, Shabrieka has and continues to demonstrate exceptional leadership and unmatched customer service the likes I have yet to see at any other location. I actually look forward to visiting knowing that nearly any dilemma I encounter will be handled professionally, and efficiently. This location is proof that great banking institutions are not a thing of the past.

I was yelled at and attempted to be embarrassed by Bruce Neff on the lobby floor today. I have been doing process service for 18 years. Today I serve the bank along with Bruce Neff. Bruce raised his voice as 12 people in line turned around to see what was going on. I informed him he along with the bank were being served. Afterwords Bruce attempted to blocked me from leaving the bank. I gave him a warning to not touch me. Thank God for him he did not. Stay away from this bank. Pay attention to the ratings. They don’t lie

Came to see a banker for a new card, one of girls there greeted us, she told us to have a seat and said a banker would be with us shortly. There was no one in front of us though. That same girl looked at us and didn’t attend us. She started calling for takeout instead. Right in front of us. Coworkers were shouting across the room “oh order me one too” very unprofessional and poor service. Walked out and won’t be coming back to this Wells Fargo.

Stopped by this branch bank a couple of minutes ago to trade my $100 bill for $100 in 1s and teller told me she can not give me change because I do not have a account with Wells Fargo. Even though I've gotten change from the exact same bank multiple times

Whoever owns this branch and told all their employees not to come in because of 1 inch of snow is a idot, I have used wells Fargo for 6 years and this is the first time this has happen to any location I have been too, if I can make it to work this morning in my small car so should they. People has to have there money and for the manager not to come in is ridiculous!

Spoke to customer service today, on the past I guess it was before Wells Fargo took over, and it was still Wachovia, I received the fastest & courteous service from Wachovia. Now since Wells Fargo has taken offer, I her NO SERVICE. I have had the same account hoping on 20 yrs, during all their buy outs, changing ownership from First Union, Wachovia now Wells Fargo. I so dissatisfied & disgusted with the way I'm treated, they could cut their overhead of Robots were put in to replace the staff now working. I am seriously thinking of pulling all my6 accounts, investments and going somewhere else. Thank you....BEWARE OF AUTO-CORRECT!
