So I will say they haven’t had a chance to reach back out and fix the situation. I brought my guitar in for a set up brand new. I know I should have looked and inspected the guitar right away. But I have a before and after picture there was no damage to the guitar again brand new after I got the set up this damage was right where I can see they tried to use the truss rod adjustment tool. I know guitars get slightly dinged up but like come on….. I will say people were nice, and guitar set up was ok. I will adjust the rating depending if they get back to me. Edit they called me back right away I bumped up extra star guys were nice about it. I wasn’t trying to get anything out of it I just want it to be a learning experience.

Awesome selection of guitars. They have them for people beginning learning and up. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice! They also have cellos, violins & mandolins. They even have a repair shop on site.

Had a Gibson SG refinished here and it was terrible. Very patchy and uneven coverage. Worst of all was the headstock. I am a little perplexed though, they have many great reviews and other great pictures. The folks there were nice, decent selection of guitars for sale, no other complaints. I’m not sure why my guitar came out so bad.

Purchased a starter acoustic guitar for my teenager. They were helpful, played multiple guitars to show the difference in sound, and recommended what ended up being the perfect size. Definitely recommend!

Robert was kind enough to do a free truss adjustment on my new HD28 and will be doing a setup on my wife's Eastman mandolin. Great little shop and fun to visit.

I walked in with a question about a guitar I already owned and the manager was very helpful. Led me through the buying process while being sensitive to my budget and ability. He didn't try to upsell me on the fanciest guitar or any gadgets, just honest and helpful to get me what I needed. I will definitely be returning here for my future needs.

Great music store with a lot of stuff. I can’t wait for my new custom banjo to be finished! Update 10/24/19: my new banjo was finished a few weeks ago and I Have enjoyed it so much! It has the best sound of any banjo I’ve tried and you can’t beat the weight of the featherlight performance banjo which is the one I got. I highly recommend anybody looking into a banjo to definitely get one of these!!
