Sold me a car he doesn't even have the title to! I've been trying to get my tag since August and everytime I go the office tells me he still hasn't turned in whatever paperwork he's supposed to turn in. Every time I've called Anthony and he's gave me the run around until my last call where I think he accidentally slipped and said he doesn't have the title yet. As a dealer it's not really professional to sale someone a car you don't even have the title to.

Drove a couple hours to look at a car, met Anthony, the owner to show us the car. We were able to take time looking over the car without anyone rushing, pressuring, or looking over our shoulder. Then we spent time test driving. We ended up looking at another car and were able to spend all the time we wanted really looking at the car. He pulled the vehicle history report and even test drove it after we did to ensure there weren’t any red flags I had overlooked. He then took it by a local body shop and had a minor connection on the bumper adjusted. This was completely unexpected and above and beyond my expectations. His brother, Charlo, arrived and finished up the paperwork and we were out timely and with my son’s first car! There were both exceedingly professional, helpful and thorough. I was hesitant based on the previous poor reviews but after this experience I wanted to ensure credit where it’s due.

Unprofessional..rude...absent. made appointment to view and potentially purchase TWO vehicles from this dealer. Drove 2 hours and he was not there nor did he return multiple phone calls. How they stay in business is a mystery. I prefer to support small businesses but this behavior makes me rethink my choices. Drove to Decatur to another dealer who was more than happy to help and who sold two vehicles to me that day. Thanks ASI.. I got a better deal and better treatment elsewhere.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This place is a complete scam! After speaking on the phone to someone TWICE to confirm the advertised vehicle (2013 Subaru Legacy) was still available, I was lied to & told that it was & a time was arranged for a test drive. After driving over an hour in rush hour traffic to reach this location, the one person in the office acted as if he hadnt talked to anyone about this vehicle but it could have been his brother who 'doesnt really work there.' Not sure what that's supposed to mean. But then when I mentioned that I didnt see the car in the lot, he asked if I'd been told that the check engine light was on, the wipers didn't work & there was a spare tire on it since someone hit a curb during a test drive. WTF?! Of course, no one mentioned that in 2 phone calls or after the initial email!!! Then I asked if a similar car was available that I'd also seen online since we'd traveled so far. He informed me that coincidentally he'd just taken this car to auction the day before....a very unlikely story. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. All I was trying to do was purchase a car for my son before going away to college. This place doesnt even deserve to be called a business. Disgusting, unethical behavior! Please avoid at all cost!

Absolute Bust! Drove 100 miles to look at a car that was described as "Nice inside and out" only to find nothing of the sort! Windshield busted, parts and pan hanging down from the front end, trashed interior, dents all over! All things which were not described by the salesman with whom I spoke with before coming or in the ad on auto trader! I think they should owe me $50 for wasted gas and time! Not what I drove 100 miles to see!

U N E T H I C A L: Never Shop here! First off the salesman tries to hit on the female shoppers. And let’s be clear he is the only salesman at the car dealership. He’s in the office everyday and poses as part owner of the company. shady, shady shady. Furthermore bought a car from them and now I have to sue them for not following procedures.

I came from quite a distance to purchase a car from them. They picked me up at the crack of dawn from the Greyhound station, free of charge. When the paperwork was taking a little too long, they took me to get lunch. The trip alone exhausted me, so they gave me a place to power nap. Even though a relative bought the car for me in the end, I was shocked that they were able to finance me with my bad credit, at an interest rate and payment arrangement I was comfortable with. I drove back with my newly purchased vehicle, an 11 hour drive, with no problems. When I took the vehicle to my mechanic, even though it was pushing 175,000 miles, he still said everything was looking good. Definetly wouldn't mind doing business here again.

Don't buy from this dealership. The personnel are unprofessional and shady. When I went to look at the car I bought, it was reading a misfire, which would prevent it from passing emissions, which means the car is unsellable. I caught this problem during my test drive when I ran codes myself, and had my mechanic show up to the dealership to give a second opinion. ASI still tried to get me to pay for the car in full, BEFORE taking it to get the misfire fixed and having it pass emissions. After arguing with me for close to an hour, I finally got them to agree to a down payment of almost 1/3rd of the price, under the agreement that they would have the necessary problems fixed before I paid the remaining balance. A few days later, they called me to say the car was ready. I completed the payment, received my paperwork, briefly inspected the car, and drove home. About 15 min into the ride, the engine light pops back on. I take it to get it coded: MISFIRE! I also noticed there is no printout from the emissions test it supposedly passed in my sale paperwork. The people at ASI had promised to change the spark plugs and ignition coils, AND get the car to pass emissions before selling it to me. Since the sale I have changed the spark plugs, the ignition coils twice, and I've just bought a set of new fuel injectors. This has already cost me close to $500. I called ASI to simply say, "hey just so you guys know, you sold me this under false pretenses, and it's cost me a great deal of money beyond what I really had to spend -- just so you're aware," and instead of apologizing, owning it, or even just trying to discuss it with me at all, Mr. Charlo Riney began yelling at me over the phone and accusing me of not doing my due diligence. No. These people simply reset the engine light to force a sale of a car which they can't show to be sellable. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Some people have no honor.

Either the proprietor was unfamiliar with cars, or he hoped I was, because he thought he could command full bluebook prices for a car that was obviously unfit to be driven. I cannot stress enough that the major issues with the car actually made it unsafe to take for a test drive, yet he seemed surprised when I was uninterested in making the purchase and had tild me he knew of no issues with the car, when he had to notice that the driver's seatbelt didn't work at least, let alone that some of the doors wouldn't open.
