I can’t explain to you how well this pharmacy helps each and every customer. Rich always makes sure my RXs are filled correctly and handled through insurance, etc. appropriately. He is always very well aware of what’s going on around him in the pharmacy which makes him exceptional. You don’t see this anywhere else. Thank you Rich M. and Kroger pharmacy.

As a much large retailer, I love this store and management and associates are great. If you are a customer that thinks your entitled to much, you are not. Inflation is horrible and nobody wants to work. Place yourself in retail. We all.are paying much and nobody wants to work. Seek a psycholist if your unhappy with your scenario. We all are essential workers and even heart care is over you that think we owe you much, we do not. Get a job and things will get better. These people are the best.

I have filled my family’s prescriptions here for years, but will not continue to do so. I have a family of five, all who fell ill on the same week. We need to pick up our prescriptions, and we’re shocked to see that the drive-thru window was closed … during one of the pandemic’s peaks. I called and asked the pharmacist if it would be open soon, thinking perhaps it was a lunch break related issue. He informed me that the window had been closed for over a month … DURING A PANDEMIC, due to lack of staffing. I asked him how we were supposed to pick up our medications, and he told me to come into the grocery store to do so, even exhibiting symptoms. I was completely shocked, but had to do so as my doctor’s office was already closed for the day and could not transfer our prescriptions. I was further shocked to see nine pharmacy employees behind the counter. I’m sorry, but with nine people on one shift time, it seems to me that having the drive-thru open would be little to no problem. This location has zero problem with putting Kroger’s patrons at risk, and that’s not okay with me. This was most definitely the last time they will receive my business.

I usually get all my prescription for my wife here only. Recently had a bad experience with a pharmacy staff who is a old lady. I have checked alternate generic cheaper one instead of branded prescription. She is very lazy to check in system and forced us to take the expensive one. Please be careful with this pharmacy staff

I get all of my prescriptions from this location and it’s usually fine however today I was in a bind and needed them to fill something in 15 to 20 minutes and they said it would be an hour and a half. I told them never mind that I’d refill it at Walgreens. They had no problem giving up my business, which tells me that they can take me or leave me. Great for them that they are so busy and do not more customers but not what I’m looking for in a pharmacy. FYI, I went to Walgreens and got the prescription filled in 15 minutes. Thanks Walgreens!!!!

They do what they need to do to keep me coming back. Not always perfect but no pharmacy is.

These are the slowest people on the face of the earth. It does not take 30-45 minutes to put 12 pills in a bottle. Touché. They’re right it takes 55minutes with no one waiting during a slow time of day. I once was told 45 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I walked to the counter to get my rx and they hadn’t even started it. The large pharmacist with blonde hair coughed several time while checking bottles and never once used hand sanitizer. Save yourself the hassle and drive farther away to some competent individuals

They have the best price on meds and a savings program for those of us without insurance. I feel like the people are over worked but, nice. I think sometimes people mistake tiredness for unfriendly. The only reason I’m giving four starts is because I feel like the employees need a little more appreciation from their employer

I had to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy so that I could pick it up earlier. They were great. Took the call from the physician, called the other pharmacy to clarify details and had it ready for me when I got there. So polite too. Grateful.

Always been good to us. Always able to answer all of our questions or concerns. Never had an issue with our prescriptions.
