I’ve never experienced racism in the CITY OF Decatur like I did today. I came to SAAVI PROVISION at 180 W Ponce de Leon Ave Unit A Decatur, GA 30030 just to see what brands of mezcal they carry. When I walked into the store I wasn’t greeted, cool, but as I proceeded to look for the tequila section I felt like I was being followed. I ignored it. Went to the other side of the store to look at the South African wines when an employee walks up to me and said I need to leave the store because I went through the connecting door to the SAME STORE!!!! I didn’t have anything in my hands for them to believe I took anything. Then when I asked they didn’t give me answer and told me to leave. While walking out the door I decided to take pics. They telling me I have to go or they would call the police and they did!! I laughed and left cause Only cause I’m going out for town this weekend and didn’t want to mess up my plans but I bet they haven’t heard the last of me.

The worst Savi I've been to. They don't restock and have expired stuff sitting around while they relentlessly expand the alcohol section despite being next to a liquor store. People come to Savi for healthy and vegan food products but more than half of this particular Savi is a bunch of wine no one wants. Midtown and Inman Park are much better locations.

Keep in mind my review is only about the liquor store section. This is a good spot with hard to find bottles. If you want to find a "special occasion" bottle or something different, this is a good place to go. Prices are in line with what the market should be but some bottles may be higher priced than they should be but that has to be weighed with the ability to get them. A lot of special edition bottles, limited bottles and some hard to find.

$6.99 plus tax for a 5ct of black and milds is ridiculous, gas station price is $4.95 plus tax. Soon as I walked out of the store I walked right back in to refund, the chubby foreign guy says I couldn’t return it because I took the item outside the store. I wasn’t even outside a full 5 seconds. He goes it’s state law. Ummm only if it’s open sir , the box was still sealed. Will never buy from these people again.

It seems like a nice store. They have a nice, though modest, selection of health food. The prices are a little steep. The service could be better, maybe more welcoming for all? I've been 3 times and each time two girls behind the counter stare at me while whispering with one another and the same man follows me around the store, which is very tiny btw. No greeting or even asking if I need help, just the regular dehumanizing, awkward shopping while black routine.

Great beer, cider, wine, etc. selection. Sometimes I find my favorite craft beers at a discount, which is always a plus for me. I would NOT go here to get groceries and household goods. Cheaper elsewhere.

Cute little convenience store with some interesting products such as mung bean pasta noodles and fine chocolates along with your usual items. It also has an impressive alcoholic selection that is almost a store in and of itself.
