When picking up my sons 6th birthday order one of the balloons was already deflated and the lady asked if I mind - I did mind, especially since I was charged over $7 extra for the helium even though the confetti balloons were purchased at their store, so they had to replace it. Within hours after leaving the store they began to deflate.

Then we were asked to get to the back of the SAME line and wait to check out. After another 15 minutes of waiting, we left without purchasing anything.
