I called for a quote and I told him what I was looking to stay around price-wise and he said ‘You’re not gonna find somebody to wake up for that’ and hung up on me. I’m a single mother and I am purchasing my first house and I don’t have $1,000 to spend on someone moving me, that’s all. It was very rude.

We recently moved to the Lake Oconee area and used Rob and his team to move. It was a challenging experience but, let me tell you, Rob along with Harrison, Guy, Jacob and Zack were just outstanding. They had all the materials they needed, treated our belongings with utmost care, were prompt and courteous, and quite professional. Use them. They are outstanding.

They broke a lot of my items. The language they used was very inappropriate . They are not insured, and didn’t care that they damaged over 30 items of mine. When I complained they could care less. I had a grill that went missing and a few other items. When I went to put the last item in my storage when I came back out They had the truck all closed up, and I said I like to see in there if I left anything behind and they said no everything’s out which was a lie. The worst experience I’ve ever had in moving. Call the office was Rob’s mother told her about the complaint and told her that I was not getting a call back from Rob and she said that generation you have to give them time to respond back making up excuses for him it was totally pathetic. He never called back. $ 4000. I paid for an unprofessional move.
