They have no notice when making a payment in their payment machine that there is only a certain dollar amount of change provided. And the rest will be credited to only being able to be used at that car wash. What a scam. When I tried to speak with a manager about it. There was none around. I asked the employee present to call one and get one on the phone. Funny enough. No manager on property and unreachable if an issue arises. I don’t want a $55 dollar credit to a car wash!! You can pay 35 and get unlimited. Furthermore. It’s a terrible car wash. I still have gunk all over my windshield. And it was a more expensive car wash then I’d typically go to. 0/10. (There comment below stated they don’t know what happened. Maybe if they were reachable within business hours as they should be they would know)

Shine N Go Car Wash is by far the best car wash in the North Atlanta area. I drive a jeep so it's pretty tough to get a good wash unless done by hand. However, Shine n Go consistently gets the job done. I've never seen a single missed spot on the vehicle after wiping it down with the rags provided. Another thing that is worth noting is how well kept the place is. It's extremely clean and well maintained throughout the day. The employees there clearly care about the customer experience. They are super friendly as well. I had to ask for a few extra towels once and Cameron, the manager, took off on a dead sprint to grab one from inside the office. Truly astonishing effort by the young man! I can't say enough good things about the staff and product here at Shine N Go. I would highly recommend either getting a monthly pass as once you go, you'll definitely be there on a regular basis. I have a membership and I really love the quality of my wash. I get the middle grade wash and I find it does a great job of repelling water and rain. Just like Rain-X. I enjoy the other amenities at the care stations: vacuums, microfiber cloths, spray bottles with Windex and all purpose cleaner, and a little thingy that blows compressed air for getting dust out of crevasses. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I've had a couple issues during the wash itself that make me nervous every time I'm there. The track that moves the car along is not in great shape, despite being only a few months old. Sometimes the cars get piled in really close to one another by the staff, and since the track sometimes slips, the cars can get closer in the wash. I've almost been hit by cars in the wash... multiple times. One time I got closer and closer to the Tesla in front of me until the Tesla took control and ran off the track to get out. The Tesla driver said the car did it on its own, but I'm glad. I was definitely inches from hitting that Tesla. I'm sometimes nervous to get a wash here especially when there's a line, because I'm worried my car will get hit inside the tunnel. But I keep going and no damage yet.

What a great new car wash! Monthly subscription is a great deal and they have plenty of vacuums, a free automatic rug cleaning machine, and complimentary cleaning solution and microfiber clothes to clean the inside of your vehicle. The ceramic level wash is brilliant. Conveniently located by Starbucks on Sixes. Quick little stop after your morning coffee

I just tried this place for the first time, and I've honestly got to say that I was largely disappointed. I paid for the $30 monthly membership with high hopes. Pulling directly out of the wash area to the vacuum area, I found there was still a lot of dirt on the hood of my car, still some smudges and water spots on my windshields, and some brown... ooze? Coming off of my tires? The vacuums were also lackluster. Though they felt strong when I tested the air flow, when I actually used them on the interior of my car they only picked up the bigger debris and left all of the smaller crumbs and hairs that were embedded in my carpets behind. I will give them another try, mainly because I did pay for a month, but I doubt I will be renewing that membership.

Never wash your car at home again. They have everything you need to do a simple detail for your car. Vacuums on each side and a detail blower to zap out dust. They keep the grounds clean and the wash itself is entertaining with the lights they have. This is my happy place. I have $20 unlimited and I go nearly daily.

I recently returned from a beach trip, so my car desperately needed to be washed. While I normally go to a different company, I was convinced by these reviews to give Shine-N-Go a shot. I am so thankful I did. This is a great car wash, and it's so close to my house. I chose the $15 wash service. I was very impressed with how perfectly clean my windows were after going through the car wash. All of the grime and bugs were completely gone. I used the vacuums as well, and they were high quality. Their pliable structure and non-twisted nature made cleaning the inside of my car extremely easy. I liked that the parking area for vacuuming was so clean that I didn't have to worry about tracking dirt back into my car. I also really appreciated the clean cloths available for additional cleaning needs.

Brand-new car wash, nice and clean. The staff was friendly however they had no hand towels and no spray bottles to clean the car. All you can do is drive through the car wash, exit and vacuum your car. I wish they had towels so I could wipe down my car to not only dry it off but to get what the car wash itself had missed. Another review and I stand by the 3 stars. Not enough towels to wipe down the vehicles. There is only one towel station and not near the individual parking spaces. Limited towels are available and they are usually wet. You have to place the dirty towels on the bottom of the same place you get the clean towels. Very easy for someone to throw their dirty towels on the top rack where the so called clean towels are kept. They could use more towel stations and the towels should be dry.

I have been to this car wash twice. Once in my Jeep and I went today in my truck. The first time, I was shocked that I had to walk all the way to the other end of the lot to get towels and cleaner. There should be 2 or 3 of those carts based on the size of the parking lot. When I went back in my truck today, it was the same thing. I originally chalked it up to them being new, but I guess that's not the case. Today, there were no clean towels on the cart. I had to walk over and let the attendant know. There were only 3 cars total in the parking lot and 1 in the tunnel. Since they were that slow, more attention should have been paid to the towels. I noticed that my truck (F250) didn't get dry today when going through the tunnel. I read in another review that is being worked on. That's good news! I want this car wash to be successful. It's close to my home off of Sixes and saves me from having to drive all the way over to Towne Lake. It would also be nice if there were air hoses at all of the vacuums. Overall, it's a great location and I like that there are several lanes to accommodate the busy times. Just need to work on the towel situation and the drying and air hoses. Service: Vacuuming
