I went into the store on 10/26/2022 and had the worse experience with store manager Wilbur and Jesse. I always come inside the store an shop. As Im checking out my coupon didn’t scan. An i advised they couldn’t take it because I may be doing coupon fraud ! I never ran into this issue before. Manager stated that’s the store policy. I pulled up the coupon policy an it didn’t stated that. So manger lied. Anytime a coupon doesn’t scan Kroger has always take the coupon with no problem. I will never shop at this location there due to the way I was treated by the manager ! Don’t accuse me of doing a coupon fraud an he basically brush me off as if he didn’t care what I had to say.

I am often disappointed with the level of support this Kroger has. The Customer Service desk always have only one individual working. This is unacceptable, especially on a Friday with at least 4+ customers waiting. I understand staffing maybe a concern but ensuring that customers are not waiting excessively is vital. I am at this Kroger often and have yet to see more than one person working at the customer service desk. Hopefully management will take note of this and make changes! GREAT IMPROVEMENTS!!

The Pharmacy is horrible. They do not care about patient's health. I was not able to use the inefficient automatic phone system to fill a prescription. Spent over an hour trying to speak to someone in the pharmacy department but no one would pick up and phone just ring with no answer. Hung up and tried repeatedly still no one picked up. Called the Customer Service dept. to report issue of either phone system not working or just no one cares to answer phone in the pharmacy department. Of course no one cared and they put me on hold and did not return. What a terrible way to run a Pharmacy.

This store has been my main g store since it was opened so you can tell I like it! They consistently have lower prices. Plus you get gas rewards. If you don't have a kroger plus account then you're throwing away money. Its not even complicated. Sign up, save money, get extra money off gas. All around good times. Update: Post pandemic: They have been out of so many things lately so we have to go to another Kroger’s lot. Corporate needs to look at what they’re giving to the managers here because I know they’re working with what they get. The gentlemen who are always getting the carts in are really amazing, they work so hard in heat, rain, and cold. I hope they’re appreciative of the hard work they do. There’s a woman that has dark hair and the prettiest smile every time I see her. She’s always so nice! I don’t ever see staff goofing off. Since the staff is nice and efficient I need corporate to kick it up a notch. Please.

Customer service counter is always hot or miss, the hours of the customer service counter always differ than the website, money orders are more than likely down/not working

I just cannot tell you how bad this store is. It's always dirty, always understaffed, always understocked, and always an unpleasant experience. The staff is never friendly or just downright rude. Customer service desk rarely has someone there. I don't think I've seen anything but self checkout open in the past 2 years and it sucks having a cart full of groceries that you have to scan and bag yourself. It's obvious that no one cares about this store and the only reason it stays open is cause the prices are lower than the Publix next door which is always clean, welcoming, and helpful. I've had my last visit to this store. Don't take your business here!

Don't place an online pick up with this store they will steal your money. I placed an order for a couple of items and everything was fine. Once I got my receipt I noticed they charged me for 3.13lbs of crab legs when I only ordered 1lb. While in the parking lot I checked the bag and some I received .92lb of crab legs. Walked in the store and all they could say was call the 1866 number. Called the number and finally got someone. They had to call the store to verify I didn't receive 3.13lbs for me to receive a refund within 7- 14 business days. I'll never shop at kroger again.

Lord help his store..... This store has the WORST PHARMACY EVER! The line in pharmacy is always very long, they never have more than one person working in the pharmacy and they NEVER answer the phone. I have tried calling as soon as they open, middle of the day and late evening, but THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, that is sooooo ridiculous. . I am moving all of my prescriptions from this place! I am done with this Kroger! YOU LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER! I am DONE with Kroger! Ms Griffin

You see the hours posted. So why are they closed before the time posted? It's posted for a reason. This was a waste of time coming here. The service at this location is very bad and getting worse. Don't post hours that you can't keep! Now I'm forced to eat out because Kroger failed to maintain their posted hours thanks for nothing!
