Steven the Manager was absolutely amazing!! He made sure me and my mom traveled safe out of state. I had 2 air pockets on 2 tires and he was kind, caring and made sure tires was replaced for the road trip! I would definitely return as needed!! Thanks Steven and the Technician who replaced the tires and visit me and my mom in the wait room to express wonderful service!! ❤️

This location is awesome! They took great care of me after my battery died. The clerk, Steve, was amazing to say the least. He even beat the price of a competitor for me without hesitation! I recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Great service. I initially came in to repair a flat. Unfortunately the nail came through the part of the tire where it is unsafe to repair it. I insisted they fix it, but they kindly explained they would not want the liability of performing a service knowing the risks given the location. I did my research and they were right, so I purchased a tire from them (to the trash a less than 2k miles tire, but safety first). They did not have the tire at the location, but they were quick to find it at another store and offered I could go there or they could have it in the store closest to me the next morning. Like clockwork they called in the morning when they had the tire and changed it in under 30min. Overall very pleased with the service and would recommend to all my friends.

I was in need of a new battery and found the lowest price here, I was concerned that I would not be able to install it and had to get back to work and was in a bind. When I shared my lack of mechanical skills with Steven, one of the technicians he offered to follow me to my car and install it for me. I completely appreciate the act of kindness, Steven went out of his way to help and this was the best customer service I have ever experienced! I highly recommend Mavis in Milton, GA. Just received the best service I have ever received for my vehicle. We just moved to the Atlanta area from the West Coast. Right away Steve took the time to get to know me and my vehicle. I can in for a bad tire but was able to get a good deal on 4 new tires. They were able to save me a lot of money on some quality product. I was so pleased I had them go ahead and replace my break pads as well since those were about gone. They gave me additional discounts and took care of my oil while they were at it. I am so very pleased with the customer service where I felt valued! I would not hesitate to come back in the future and recommend this business to anyone I can. Thanks again!!! Brandon

Today my battery died so I rode my bike to Mavis for help. The manager drove his vehicle to my residence to jump start mine. He and his crew installed a new battery at Mavis. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable at a time when I needed help. He treated me with respect and I will take all my future vehicle issues back to his garage and I will pass the word to others who might benefit from this excellent service... well done... thank you so much.

I went to this location this morning because my tire censor light came on. Alexis was very helpful. He took me out to the air machine and put air in the tires for me and made sure I was good to go. Just based on his professionalism and very nice personality, this location has gained a new customer. 5 stars for sure!!

I brought my car for an oil change and because my Tire Pressure sensor light came on. I was greeted upon arrival and was consistently checked on throughout my wait. They were fast and friendly and explained everything to me in detail. They also pointed out I was missing a lug nut on one of my tires and replaced it for me at no charge! Thank you Alexis and team for your services amd pleasantness! I will definitely be returning for my car needs!

I had gone to the Mavis on hwy 9, Milton a few times to get air in my tires. I had 4 bad tires but couldn't afford to get new ones yet. J.R. was always so concerned and caring about my safety. What he did for me was unimaginable. He's that person who restores your belief that good people do exist. I can't thank him enough. J.R. and Kala, the store manager, are some of the best people with whom I've ever dealt. Very knowledgeable, down to earth people. Kala was not only attentive to me but, as I waited for my car, I could hear how she worked with other customers. Great people! I will be back!

Went there today because I needed new tires and was well taken care of! Their store manager, Kala was very polite and kept me company while I was waiting on the service needed.
