EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I’m a competitive CrossFit athlete, so I need a training facility at home. A 40’ high cube would be perfect! I started shopping around for containers for a month and just didn’t feel comfortable with all of the brokers that I had contacted around the nation. THEN I found TROY at Container Technology! For me, they’re local and that’s what I wanted in order to feel comfortable. No hard sell, professional personality, he sent me quotes for everything I asked for and additional options, offered advice if I needed and boy did I send him a ton of emails, he made sure all of my questions were answered and let me go through my decision making process at my own speed, no haggling or pressure. As a business development and strategy specialist, I would normally have some type of critique on their business, but instead... Troy and Container Tech knocked this one out of the park! Oh! Tommy! He was my delivery driver. Super nice and holy shyt can this guy drive a semi! Tommy somehow got the shipping container where I “eventually” was going to push it to. Saving me so much time and probably a ton of money on tools. *Note: My location is on a massive cement driveway, so maneuvering was easier than most. I SENT Troy PHOTOS and a LINK to a WALK THROUGH VIDEO to help them visualize my property and it’s challenges. Troy helped me identify things on my property entrance that would need to be moved in order to have a successful drop off. Troy sent me photos of the exact container that I would receive. Now, I’m not sure if this can always happen, but it made me feel confident in the purchase as most companies cannot let you pick your container due to all kinds of issues. So even if they can’t send you photos or you can’t choose, I can tell you that Container Tech is definitely going to get you the very best that they can. I was really really happy with the condition of my container. Signing the sales agreement and making my payment online was a breeze!! You get all the hospitality, confirmations, and invoices that you would expect from any business. Very comforting as this was a large purchase. I purchased a container with a man door and security bar added (other side from what's showing in photos). Xandy was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. She was able to secure a one trip container of my color choice so it didn't have to be painted. She also had no problem working with a little different requirements for the door lock than normal. The workmanship on the added door is impeccable down to the nearly invisible paint matched blending where they painted over the weld and new door. The interior and exterior are nearly blemish free and better than expected for a one-trip container. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to purchase from them again!
