Very disappointed with the customer service . Had a pair of jeans I had bought for my Granddaughter a couple of months ago and we noticed when we went to put them on her that there was a cut at the seam of the leg. I did not have a receipt and all I wanted to do was swap them out (no exchange for money) and the GM said if I could not provide a receipt he could not help me. Note : OLD Navy Jeans have OLD navy inside them. Well this store just lost a customer for life. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

The customer service specialist Goldie was friendly and professional which made the wait in the To Go section a pleasant one. Our family had salmon, shrimp scampi, fried flounder, Caesar salad and baked potatoes. All of the food was absolutely delicious 😋

Great clothing for the family. Affordable specials are always running, and they have styles that are modern and classic. You can usually get a few outfits for about $100 total depending on what you buy. I usually buy all my kids clothes here because they have cute clothing for kids.

Clean well organized store. But I had what I thought was a minor pricing issue...boy was I wrong. It was basically a $3 discrepancy between the price marked and the advertised price and yes I checked the product code to make sure it was the exact product. I mistakenly believed the cashier would see the error and make the adjustment. Well this cosmic anomaly was apparently beyond her paygrade so she called the store manager over and I explained the error to her. It was like explaining Algebra to my labrador retriever. Granted my time was worth more than the $3, but by this time I was morally vested in righting this wrong, in helping them understand this seemingly simple issue. After what felt an hour (really about 10 minutes) SHE GOT IT! She understood and agreed with me! However, it was beyond her capabilities to correct...but she was now my ally. She picked up the phone and called corporate. By the length of time this took I'm certain it must have been a serious concern worthy of the attention of the CEO and board of directors. After receiving all necessary reviews and approvals, which must have included the congressional budget office, the president and perhaps even the Jedi Council, she set the phone down, pressed about 4 keys on the register and the price was corrected.

Great place to shop. The best bang for the buck without a doubt. Helpful yet not aggressive staff. Lots of sales, markdowns,and spectacular selection. From adults, teenagers and kids. Store is extremely clean and organized. More deals if you sign up for email alerts, early notifications on up coming sales

I like looking in here for stuff for my nephew. I wish they would carry their plus line in the store. I hate having to shop online because the plus sizing is so inconsistent. I will say that the employees are nice and always helpful for returning stuff I order online.

Usually always clean, organized, customer service is also pretty good and someone almost always acknowledges you and they have a wide variety of everything that you need, in all sizes. This is personally my favorite location of Old Navy to visit. The only complaint is that there's not enough room for parking at all.

This is a very nice clothing store. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The store is extremely clean, well organized, and well stocked. The employee's are friendly and helpful. I had a great time shopping in this clothing store.
