Terrible customer service they have been giving me the run around and rude when I finally got to talk to someone I have been waiting going on 3 weeks now to find out if my background check came back for a handgun I m trying to purchase Mrs.Wanda is the only person who can do it and everytime I call I get put on hold for almost 20mins before they just hang up and then when they don’t do that they tell me she is busy call back in 10 mins or 20mins or they say she isn’t here call back another day and I have spoke to Mrs.Wanda in person she is not that kinda of person to ignore a customer but her employees need to do better.

With new management it's MUCH BETTER! Night & Day difference! The Assistant Manager Toni is very kind, and professional! Along with Tiffany she'll have you spend all your money with the deals, and customer service! I've been a pawn customer, and a shopper, and again with new a manager 100% difference!!!

worse customer service in "GEORGIA" dont buy from this store. i been to several of their location and always been able to do good business with them. this location has the worse customer service and they are very unprofessional.. i bought 2 tablets that were suppose to come with charges. when i bought them they said they come with the charges but after i pay for the tablets they told me the charges dont come with the tablets, so i ask them for a refund the same day and they denied. not only they just denied the refund but they were very unprofessional and rude. its really not worth your time or money to do business here.

This place has hands-down the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They have no respect for their customers. They act as if they are gods and the customers are peasants. Without question they will never receive another dollar from me as a customer for the rest of my life.

Horrible customer service. Walked in looking for some iteams, 3 ppl were working at the time. All looked up at me and continued to do whatever it was they were doing . Not one person stop to greet me and ask if I needed help with anything. Customer service goes a long way. I won't be returning! BTW.....it's not like the place was packed! I was the only customer outside a another guy that was actually being help. Step it up please. Treat your customers like you would want to be treated stepping into a store to spend your own money.
