Never had an oil leak until the car was here for an oil change, then it was leaking all over the place. Thought it might need a little tightening of the filter or drain plug. This place refused to check either... all the guy would do is argue that it had a "major oil leak" when it had been there for the oil change. He wouldn't check the filter or the drain plug. All he would do is interrupt me and argue. Stay away from this place.

This was my 1st visit...when I arrived they were finishing up on the car in front of me. This was a pleasant visit. Everyone was friendly. ***Make sure to tell them to reset your car while you are there, if not you will keep receiving that alert that an oil change is needed.

Their sign and online says open 7 till 7. Got there yesterday at 615 and they were already closed. Went back this morning at 730 and they wasn't open and nobody was there either to get ready to open. So it would be nice if they were actually open the times online and the sign say.

I showed up at 4:40 and Bobby was trying to close 20 minutes early. He was very rude and unprofessional from the start. He reluctantly popped my hood and was clearly upset… When I asked if there is a problem he said “we’ve been busy all day and I’m just trying to close the shop” Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a long time… my business was inconvenient to him and he was sure to let me know. Good service until I got home and looked at my receipt. My car takes 5.1 quarts of oil. Their oil change includes 5 quarts. They charged me $11.24 for 0.1 quart of oil. They also didn't re-install the splash guard access correctly so now I get to jack my car up and fix it myself. I won't be going back. Service: Oil change

The team was extremely busy when I arrived. Bobby welcomed me quickly - even while busy - and communicated the wait time fast and spot on. Once in the bay the run down is well organized. Options are clear - the team worked very efficiently and fast. Thankful for this location as they are super consistent. Take 5 also offers emissions at this location.

I was very disappointed in the service I received at this location. I had taken my car there for a previous oil change and the tech used the wrong tool and totally messed up my drip pan bolt so they could not get it off when I brought it in. After sitting there forever they had me come in the next day so that they could get the right tool. They said there would be no charge but after an hour sitting in the heat they were finally able to get it off and change the oil. It was not free though, they gave me 25% off. Service: Oil change
