Cant even use the pump because of all the beggars. I tried to get gas this morning and I couldn't even open my door because there was a dude RIGHT at my door within 5 seconds. I just drove off.

Wednesday Oct 5th 721pm the cashier that works the cash register curses in front of customer and pretty much threw my change in my hand where I almost dropped it the young man didn't even knowledge me there were to busy talking about TI yes the rappers past fight very unprofessional save yourself the headache and just go to Qt across the street

I was at the store yesterday at 1:33 PM sep 2nd literally the Male cashier I felt he want to fight me and he encourage the customer behind me I think they are friends to attack me I left the store in a hurry because I didn’t feel safe all I did ask him do you have a change for 100 start giving me a looks he started mumbling And asking of everything OK he went off on me didn’t know what to do and before I walked out of the door I heard him thanking the customer who is in the line because he can’t give me it’s really not safe to go visit go to QT cross the street much better customer service I’m definitely not gonna buy anything from racetrack ever just because of his experience

Stephanie is Rude rude rude . Race track needs to do better with hiring, their competitors right across the street . Employees like Stephanie drive them across the street literally . I asked a question and walking away no eye contact or anything says not available. I know it could also be may she has more work tha. She can handle . . . No when I went in I was the only one there at 12:41 PM, May 14.

I was in the store and the man at the counter(clifton) was super helpful and courteous he was vey polite and he always makes me feel better about my bad day at my job i drive extra miles just to be treated like this more people should learn from him hes a very nice man.. I hope stays there and fyi this man should be a mgr ..ill always thank him for making my day better... angel w

I just do t understand the issue with the business model at these gas stations thT prevents them from being able to hold on to and/or hire employees!! There's an obvious issue , I wouldn't be surprised that they were losing a grip of money with the loss in trust and inability to maintain a schedule of actual hours they are open because they are not 24hr I know that. I'm like let me apply for the regional manager over this area because this is just unacceptable.....QT doesn't seem to have N issue keeping employees, In fact they often have 3 overnight shift. The sad part is the amount of customers lost whom won't be returning ING even if issue is resolved.

Rude attitude! 7/27/21 7:05p When I ask: "Excuse me mam, when will the restroom be ready?" I don't expect this answer mumbled under her breath with a bit of attitude: "When I get done cleaning!" She could/should have said. "Oh just a couple more minutes. I'm almost finished" For years I've been going to Racetrac gas stations almost exclusively because of their extra friendly staff. However, while I go to this Racetrac quite often I find that some of the staff here are not as friendly as other Racetrac employees.

So I don't understand the bad reviews yes there are homeless people around. That's really not the staffs fault I have seen them better yet I have heard them be asked to leave the property. Prices are reasonable and it's clean. I've been going there every morning for the last 2yrs and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly I know alot of places ask you to sign up to things, I was advised to download the app and it's been helpful I've scored good deals on it. I keep going back almost every day (that is when I wake up on time) it's not a bad place since they keep me coming back.
