I do not have the words to fully express my frustration with this shipping center. I called FIVE (5) different times for them to hold a package and payed the holding fee only for them to continually try and deliver a package when I was not home. The whole point in getting them to hold the package was because I could not sign for it as I would be out of town. Of course after trying to deliver my package and failing to get my signature so many times the sender recalled the package. Thank you UPS for wasting everyone's time and money. For anyone in the north Atlanta area I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you either ship with FEDEX or USPS.

I literally watched a driver drive past my home today…., they did not drop off my package, claimed I “wasn’t available” so they take it to a drop off point, THEN fake a signature that they dropped it off there. So i go to the drop off point, but the employees say they never signed for it, that no one from UPS was there that day….and there’s no local contact number- it just provides you the general customer service number. So expensive packages that go through this fulfillment center are getting “lost”. I’ll use fedex next time

I can't stand this place. The Karen at the counter has a bad attitude and is very knuckleheaded. I wish she would just quit so they can hire someone with a memory.

The rep was very helpful getting my package sorted after I put the wrong address on and had to reroute it. The package pickup window is all the way to the right by the big security gate.

The Ups truck 153788 pulls his oversized truck into my driveway to deliver a package to to some one at another property pulling up backing in running over my grass how unprofessional and tacky

A rat ran across my shoe and when I demanded to see a manager they called me a dirty cockroach. Is customer service a joke to UPS or something because this situation was ridiculous.

Garbage service, not only can you not get them to deliver when you'll be around, they delivered goods completely damaged and unusable and in 45 days of back and forth and supposed pickups I still have nothing resolved and haven't been refunded anything. Out $500 between the shipping fees and the destroyed goods. Worst service I've ever experienced. Online website is absolutely garbage, most customers service reps aren't even in the US nor do they care what you r complaints are. Forget about talking to anyone even remotely close to you for help because it's impossible to get any.

This place be hard to find. It has like 3 seperate entrances and Google Maps led me to the truck drivers side, then I turned in the employee entrance, then finally I found the customer care center entrance where only one person was working. I guess I have togo here for drop offs on high values because the stores won't sign or get the drivers to sign for them.

Had to go to the UPS customer service center in Roswell Georgia today off of old Ellis road. My GPS took me to the wrong entrance took me actually to the employee entrance the security guard there extremely polite saying it happens all the time and kindly directed me around to get to the proper entrance. Went to the actual customer service side of the property was met by another security guard right outside the door very friendly we had a good conversation directed me inside. Very friendly customer service lady I wish I remembered her name again polite sincere conversation quickly handled my request for my package it was painless I almost would say it was fun actually it probably was fun these people are under a ton of pressure these days not just with the pandemic but with the way everything has transitioned from brick and mortar to online purchases and deliveries and I was met with a smile at all three points of contact and I totally appreciate that I left smiling and that's a big plus in my day. Hats off to UPS thank you!!

The lady was not pleasant. The 1800 number I called for them to hold my package was a waste of time. The employee at the 1800 number never held my package. The employee at the customer service center kept asking me if I really called; therefore, I had to get my phone to tell her exactly when I called them. Just do your job and the service you provide. Unhappy customer. Do better UPS!
