This has to be the WORST Smoothie King I have ever been to! I visit Smoothie King at least once a week and this location never disappoints when it comes to bad service. At least they’re consistent. I came today and was told their system is not working and I would have to order through the app. I am here along with 6 other cars trying to order on the app. When I came last week, there was only one employee working and he answered me at the drive thru from his car. He came in once I placed my order. I hope he washed his hands bc he did not have gloves on while he was making my smoothie. When I came the week before last, I was in line for 45 min before I decided to leave. The employee at that time told me he was the only one working. As he told me that, I saw his coworker outside crying her eyes out while talking on her cell phone. It’s just really disappointing that we can’t have a Smoothie King we can count on in our neighborhood. I guess I’ll have to drive 20 min to Loganville.

Came inside to place an order where Jordan and Jeremiah were absolutely killing the drive thru and inside orders. It was Jeremiah’s first day and Jordan already had him up to speed. 5 stars!!!!

Order a vegan smoothie which hit the spot. Tobias, who was workung alone nd had [3] patrons in frt of me to handle, as well as drive thru orders was customer friendly, so that was a plus as well. Owner, manager if you're here be sure to show Tobias sum luvv for holding it all down.

Today during my weekly visit to Smoothie King in Snellville, GA I was completely disrespected by an employee. He says his name is Tobias, he was just hired on Tuesday (yet is the only one working) and does not have a manager. He did not greet us, he did not ask what we wanted, he simply looked at us as if we were interrupting him. We left the drive thru (for obvious reasons) and decided to call the store and speak with a manager. After the 7th call, Tobias finally answers and says even though he is a new employee, there is no manager and no one above him to speak to. I ask for the managers name and contact info, and he says he does not know. Smoothie King, this is ridiculous. I am FLABBERGASTED that you would have such a rude person employed at a company with such great core values. As a VERY frequent guest of the Snellville store, I am confident today was my last day patronizing your establishment.

Love the smoothies but three service was really bad today. After sitting 30min in the drive through we were asked to come inside to order. We waited another 10 minutes to get our order.

Very rarely do I leave reviews but this experience was one of the few that warranted one. I arrived when there were about 7 cars in line. Decided to wait it out. After about a 20 to 30 minute wait I arrived to order. I was asked if I had an online order. I did not. I was then told it may be a while. When asked what she meant by that, she explained there were 6 orders ahead of me. At this point I was willing to finish it out. Approximately 3 minutes later it was time to order. Asked for the hulk and was immediately told they were out of powder. I immediately decided to leave and will likely never come back.

Angel went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I got great smoothies. She answered all of our questions (and trust me, there was a lot). She was super kind and welcoming. I believe she deserves recognition for her awesome customer service. Thankyou Angel!

This smoothie king is understaffed and the staff they have can't get orders right, take forever and get orders wrong. I used to come to this location every day, but in the last two months its just full of excuses, not service. Today the system was down... again. This is the 4th time in the last month where they couldn't take cash or card. Other excuses this month were that the cash register messed up, the credit card terminal is broken, the blenders are out. Meanwhile i see the employee on their phone sipping a smoothie! Im done coming back here and begging for a smoothie. I'm gonna go to the one in Lawrenceville or the one on 78. This is just ridiculous.

Usually the smoothies are great, but with the staff there on this particular day, my strawberry smoothie with an immunity boost taste like pure water with a hint of strawberry. In addition to that the young lady in the drive thru was very rude and does not listen. A strawberry smoothie with an immunity boost is not a strawberry smoothie with peanut butter.

We are frequent customers to multiple Smoothie King locations and usually great experiences so far. This was our first time at this location and it will also be our last. I usually order the same thing every time, so I am quite aware of the smoothies usual consistency. So when we got our order here, it tasted watery and was blended in away that there were tiny ice chunks. Pleasantly asked for a refund, but was met with an indignant attitude instead as if I don't know that smoothies are made with ice. They insisted to remake, which I agreed. Only two get half of my order satisfactory.
