Great value for your $, i got a huge smoothie and a wrap for $12. Smoothie and wrap were both delicious. Service is a little slow as they have a small family-run staff, but they are very nice and work hard.

All I ordered was a smoothie & it was HORRIBLE. Chia Banana with peanut butter is what I got but it tasted like a peanut butter smoothie plus it was extremely thick & not even completely full. I usually go to Windward location and it's flawless plus they do curbside. Won't come back here ✌️

I came in before my doctors appointment and there are 2 people, a young lady and man, working the entire store. It’s clear they are understaffed, however I have never had a better smoothie or food. For a great price I got a healthy meal that tasted delicious and fresh. I will definitely be back. To the 2 who were working when I came in, keep it up!

The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is tasty. That being said I have a major beef with this store. On the bottom of their receipt they have a survey that is supposed to give you a smoothie for $1.99 if you fill it out, but they don't honor it! I love TSC, but won't be returning to this location.

My absolute favorite tropical smoothie location! The staff is always polite, they remember my exact order every time, and they never run out of anything! Rosa is my fav!

Staff doesn’t greet customers as they enter the establishment nor thank them for patronizing. Also, to see the containers used to make smoothies just rinse with hot water as the cleaning process is really disturbing.

Came into dine, no greeting from anyone and there was only 1 customer sitting for his order. I seen 3 people. 2 females, and 1 male (young, slim, black hair) and none smiled and nobody could be identified because they have no name tags like I see at many other location. I was just at one in Virginia Beach this weekend and the service was FAR superior to this one (in VirginiaBeach that is). They greet you smiling, they recommend things, and even asked if I had allergies 🤧. They then said would you like to dine in with us or on the patio. They also pointed out at the Virginia Beach location their health scores. I was so impressed. I have been to many around the US, Alpharetta GA, and they used to come to my job 3x a week. Always top tier service but not here!!!! I also showed my military ID and before I could say anything. The male at the counter (around 415p eastern time) said we don't do military!!!! I kindly said are you sure? He said yes. I said all the other locations do. I then asked if was it because it's not a corporate location and he said I don't know who owns us and said do you still want your order. I would of walked off but my guest I was treating on our lunch break was short for time. However this location is terrible compared to all the others I have dined at. Finally the employees should have asked the the lady that walked in the red dress on speakerphone cursing out someone for approximately 5mins on her phone (hey red dress thanks for sharing how much you hate your babies daddies!) Inside the lobby to leave. Why would you allow customers to have to listen to such foul language from her and the person she was talking to on the phone? Finally teach your employees to smile/greet customers, wear name tags, and most importantly know who you work for? Corporate or Franchise! And make recommend products, the app, etc to maximize profits! Maybe you won't have an empty tip jar then.

I ordered delivery from this Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I did not receive one of my smoothies. I called the store multiple times and no one answered. I had to get in contact with corporate to try to initiate a refund. It has been two weeks and I still have not received a refund for the smoothie I never received. I have even had to call corporate twice to check on the refund, but still nothing. Very disappointed since Tropical Smoothie is my go-to for a healthy lunch but I won't be ordering from them again.

My food is always good and made right . I order the jerk chicken wrap without the lettuce or pineapple salsa and it’s hot and delicious every single time. My smoothies are always blended to perfection as well.

This was the weirdest experience every. Three associates in the store, all Sitting in the dining room when I walked in the store. They all scattered behind the bar. No one greeted me. I spoke to them and no one responded or asked what can I help you with. I told them it was my first time and I wanted a smoothie. None of them had any suggestions. I then asked what’s the best smoothie to get. They then offered 2 suggestions. The smoothie was good but the 3 ladies in the store need to be trained or fired.
