Went in today to get my tires rotated, the customer service was great and it did not take long for the service to be complete, only 20 minutes! Overall the experience was amazing!

These guys are great. Jim is the manager and will get you taken care of. He is very honest about what you need. Like all shops these days you will need to be flexible on the time it takes. If you bring to them in the morning they will get you taken care of by close of business. When you are loyal to a store they will always take good care of you. Thanks again for the great work on my vehicles. Highly recommend.

Helpful and friendly. But it should not take 2 hours to change a tire, especially when I am disabled. I had to wait a long time. But of course, there were people ahead of me, but it seemed to take a long time for everyone. They were good with helping me with my warranty coverage.

I called first thing this morning, asking if they would be able to fix my tire, as there was a nail in it. I explained the tire had already been taken off my car and the spare put on and that the tire was in my trunk. The person who answered said they could only fix it if I left it all day. Unfortunately I could not do that, as I had no way to leave the shop. I asked if there was a time later in the day when I could come in and wait on it. He said no. I was then going to ask if I could get an appointment to wait on it for the following day, but never got the chance because he hung up on me after saying ‘no’. Never asked if there was another time I could come in. Never asked if I needed anything else. Never even said goodbye. Just hung up. I called another Goodyear location (as the tire is under warranty with Goodyear) and they offered to take the tire (since it was already off my car) fix it, have me come back later in the day, and placed it back on my car. A simple solution that this location was unwilling to even offer! Very disappointing.

This is an amazing auto care center! I have never had such nice (and funny) technicians. I had a nail in my tire that needed patching and even though they were super busy they still helped me change my tire. A very simple gesture but I know how tied up they were with their other cars so it made me appreciate the help even more! :)

All of these visits to the store was between 2019 to 2021. *visit 1 purchased set of (4) tires with an appointment took 3 ½ hours to install. *visit 2 purchased set of (2) tires for wife's car with appt only took an hour. *visit 3 purchased set of (4) tires with an appointment took 2 hours *visit 4 needed a rebalance and as I was doing the paperwork I asked the sales clerk why she wasn't wearing a face mask she replied "I didn't have time to put one on" and didn't put one on. She could care less about the customer so I left and returned, when she wasn't there. *visit 5 purchased set of (4) tires left car for installation everything seemed ok *MY LAST EVER CONTACT with Goodyear - called the store explaining to a salesperson I was looking for my Goodyear credit card which I thought I left there - I was put on hold for 11 minutes (listening to a sales promo every 10 seconds) and finally the salesperson picked up my call and asked if I was still there and I said "yeah I'm still waiting", then he hung up the phone. What baffles me is why did I keep going back after that first 3½ hour installation. I guess I kept hoping I would get better service but it kept getting worse.
