Food was great! The menu was huge! Atmosphere is nice, except for noise, even though it is wide open. It was extremely hard to hear your own table, let alone the wait staff. Look at the menu before arriving and have your questions ready! THEY WANT YOU TO ORDER BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN!! FAIL!!!!!!! It could be a 4 or 5 star, but their REDICULOUS ordering had angry people waiting to get an already open table!!! FAIL!!!!!

Started with dry, stale chips and bland salsa! The food did not have a visual appeal and flavor was lack luster. The rice was dry and beans tasteless. The only thing that had flavor was the torta... honestly the food is horrible and I am not sure who is reviewing this! This restaurant appears to cater to a specific crowd, not people with taste buds intact. More like microwable taco bell, not authentic. Sorry but very disappointed

Where do I start, first we were told to wait in the lobby area to know what you want to eat. Then the cashier took our order and then you get a table, there was no interaction with a hostess or host at all, the band was playing music from the 70's in the US, I don't got to Mexican to listen to American music I want your culture, it was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think, some other person brought our food out, then another person brings us drinks. I don't know who was helping us. I got the chicken chemichanga but all I got was 3 tiny pieces of chicken and tons of rice and beans. This was huge disappointment and won't be back

Taco Tuesday was spectacular! Not only was the food great, but our friend Hugo was the most amazing server. He helped our boys be comfortable with their early conversations in Spanish.

Oh Pacos. You are so good to me😜 This is the best Mexican food on the south side of kauai. And they actually answer the phone and they do take out orders! Sooo many good things on the menu! Chorizo egg breakfast torta (I add a side of beans and smother it in even more of their fabulous frijoles, carnitas tacos, fish tacos plate, shrimp tacos plate, enchiladas plate, and lately my favorite is the shrimp burrito🔥. I order it with no pico de Gallo, mojado (bathed in RED salsa), with the fried chip they give you when you eat in (I always order to go). I am Mexican American, I have duel citizenship, and I lived in Mexico for 4 years. I was raised on beans and rice. I judge a Mexican restaurant by their beans and rice. This is the ONLY Mexican restaurant on kauai where I enjoy their beans AND rice. Well priced! Open air ambiance on the golf course with beautiful murals painted on the walls, live music, a good happy hour. What more does a person need in life? Do yourself a favor and enjoy pacos for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Satisfaction guaranteed 😍😋

Hello! I’d like a Paco Taco and thank you for not making me feel like a Gordo Taco I’d you know what I mean. Tasty and unusually no so spicy! Amazing offerings. Out of respect for Kauai, I had the fish, shrimp and chicken Tacos. Fun fact, Paco in Spanish means Eagle…soar on amazing restaurant. May your recipe bring you to new heights and may my tastebuds collies with your seasonings, tacos, beverages and staff again soon! Aloha!

Great setting facing a golf course. Live music at 4pm. Happy Hour menu. Tried Queso Fundido for the first time with soft corn tortillas. Delicious! Recommend!

I personally loved the food and atmosphere here! They made an amazing mechelada! The flies got pretty bad when we started eating but that comes with the territory of eating outdoors. A member of my party ended up having a lot of stomach problems the next day after having enchiladas here..but everyone else enjoyed it and had no food related illnesses. Could have been the enchilada sauce that no one else had or just a fluke. Worth a try in my opinion!
