Absolutely love Shadows Embroidery, our logo (printed or embroidered) looks perfect. Excellent service and quality work. Fantastic customer service (phone or emails) they are always there when you need them. Also, really enjoy their automation system for approving orders online. Notification comes in the email with link for order approval, you can review your order approved or declined if you wish to make any changes all online. A few years back our company decided to reward our employees with winter coats. We chose Shadows to handle this for us. Since then we do polo shirts in the spring and some kind of exterior shell in the fall. This fall being our third, always using Laurie and her team at Shadows.
