Still a good selection of costumes today, 10/29/22. Prices are pretty reasonable but there are some that are kinda spendy for what they are. Really cool mask selection.

Selection was amazing. You shelves were stocked and clean. The poor gentleman that rung us up was the only one checking out a line of customers. While 2 young ladies were talking and laughing by the balloon machine (not filling any balloons). Another young lady was stocking the candy, right next to where the line was formed. I appreciate the work eithic of the young lady stocking the candy. She is one of the reasons your shelves are stocked and clean. And I really want to give 5 stars to that young man. But he needs help from those young ladies when it is that busy at the registers.

My shopping experience was great. I got out in a timely manner. Selection was good but not as big as the other stores (still, a very convenient location) and the product I needed was available. Traffic in this area is generally very busy, so beware of this incase you need to go in and out. My reason for this rating is the lack of professionalism by an employee (older lady with short blue hair— I did not see her name) she was being loud and appeared to be scolding a worker near the cash registers in front of other customers. This makes it an uneasy and uncomfortable experience not only for the other employees there but the customers also. I get discipline is a part of every job but do not be disrespectful and do it in front of customers. By the appearance of other customers there— I can tell they also got a little uneasy about it.

Good selection of balloons, service was very poor. Went to pick up balloons that had to be ready 30 mins prior my arrival time with 6 látex balloons still needing to be inflated, turns out my biggest balloon has a whole that they taped over and 3 other balloons popped as they were being inflated. Instead of 6 latex balloons I had 3 by the time I left the store. I spent there about 40 mins to pick up an order that should have been ready and got charged for popped balloons and their helium.

Selection is great! Customer service was very poor. Five employees up at the registers laughing and visiting, but only 1 person checking people out. There were three others in line behind me. Need to let employees know that the customers need to come first.

So, it was a bit smaller compared to your other one I visited, but it was still pretty great! My cousin and I spent about 20 minutes here, just looking at all the cool stuff they had... They had a lot of awesome costumes, and quite a few party ideas that we both were thinking about. I still think the coolest thing, was the big standup posters on the wall for $30

Great service and they're selection is crazy good. If you're needing balloons 🎈 for literally any type of event they have it. However, a tip is just to pre-order any balloon bouquets at least a day in advance if needed for a weekend especially. Definitely a worthy one stop party shop...
