If I could give 0 stars I would. I have experienced the most disappointing customer service from Closet Works. I am the second owner of my home and my master bedroom closet shelves collapsed in June. I wasn't sure who installed it so I called California Closets who did not find my address in their system. They still wanted to help and asked for photos and informed me that it's a closet works system. I called Closets by Design and they also could not find my home in the system. Closet works had a record of installing two pantry closets and three guest rooms but could not locate my master bedroom and said they could not help me. I eventually found engraved hardware in my master closet engraved "Closet Works" and contacted them with this information and sent pictures. They started to ignore my emails and calls and after being persistent they replied that years ago they used to sell their systems to contractors and they STILL would not help me claiming it's a liability to repair my closet because if the system fails during repair because they don't have the initial drawings who would be responsible for the damages. I asked for them to at least come and inspect the system and damages and a one time courtesy and of course I was willing to pay for the services but they ignored my voicemails and emails and finally two months later responded that they will not help me....NOTHING. I have yet to find someone willing/able to repair it. In the meantime, my clothes and shelves are on the floor in my room. I don't know what else to do. How could they have done every other closet on my home and I have engraved hardware with their logo but they claim they didn't install it. Sooooo disappointing!!!!

From start to finish….pure professionalism! Our designer listened to our needs/desires, offered suggestions and then created our closet space. Then, the installers made it a reality. We’re completely satisfied!!

Had a great experience using closet works! We started out at the showroom to get a grasp of what we were looking for for our closets. Once we had a good idea a designer came out and measured everything and confirmed everything we needed for the closets. The closet space was particularly tricky because we have angled ceilings. She (Lisa) created a beautiful layout that we got to approve before all pieces went into production. The closets took 11 weeks to be produced (due to Covid the wait times were longer but this was very clearly communicated to us throughout the process). 11 weeks later an installer showed up and did an amazing job (I wish I’d gotten his name because he was so good and professional). One shelf was damaged in shipping, so they came out about a week later to replace it free of charge. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up the space afterwards which was surprising, I figured there would be dust and whatnot but all I had to do was a light mopping (I could tell he tried to wipe up the area as much as possible with rags). Overall I am so happy with closet works service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

We have been waiting over a month for our remaining blinds to be installed. We've had to resort to card board boxes. Closet works charged us the full amount after partial order was installed, which is against their contract terms. Ended up having to do a successful dispute on our credit card. The installer and salesperson were good to work with on the project.

Through a misunderstanding with the designer there was a major problem when the product was installed. Other companies would have said that is what you approved and left us with the issue. Closet works came back, made some major changes at their expense. I would recommend Closet Works, but like any other construction project, look very carefully before signing off on the plans.

This is the third home where I've used Closet Works to create all of my closets. I love working with their designers. Their electronic way of showing you what your closets will look like based on the design is fantastic and so much fun to view. It really helps you understand what will be done and gives you opportunities to work collaboratively with the designer after the initial designs are done. I've recommended Closet Works to my friends and family. Everyone has been happy that I did. I also love that they are a local company. I trust them.

We recently had three closets done by Closet Works and everything from start to finish was wonderful! Heather, our designer, listened to everything we needed and she made sure the design encompassed those needs. Our installers, I forgot their names :(, were very efficient, professional, personable, quick, and clean; and one of the installers was actually in training! The only issue we had was the height of the drawers in the master. We have to stand on the tips of our toes to look or place things inside of the top drawer. And we are both 5'9"! Just wish the dimensions for them were in the design layout so we could have caught that. Overall, I would highly recommend Closet Works! Worth every penny!

Starting with the design phase (Molly Anderson) and ending with the installation (Dennis) everything was outstanding, professional. Molly was so patient with our many design changes and had great suggestions. Dennis was excellent. Very professional and took his time and did an outstanding job installing our office design.

We previously used Closet Works' services over 13 years ago when we purchased a condo unit with little options surrounding closet space. The work Closet Works did was so remarkable that we ended up using Closet Works again 13 years later. Just as before, the company and the installer, Jason, did such a remarkable job that I'm certain we will end up using their services yet again. The installer Jason, was polite, professional and just did an amazing job on the closet we had requested work on. The final product was more than we expected and worth every penny spent. The cost for the work Closet Works charges is unquestionably worth it as the product exceeds expectations, maintains functionality and it is completely durable. I highly recommend utilizing this company if you are in the market for closet renovations.

I could not be happier with our new closets. They are beyond functional and look better than we could have imagined. Our designer Sue went out of her way to accommodate the unpredictability of our new construction project while remaining warm, detailed, and patient. Adam and his installation team also went out of their way to pull together, and complete our job as promised, despite my project's numerous delays . BRAVO CLOSET WORKS!
