Farooq was incredibly helpful and well informed. I had several questions regarding different tax and the CARES Act bylaws and he was able to clearly explain what applied to me and filed my taxes accordingly. I would definitely, absolutely recommend, he went well above the average expectations I had for a standard H&R Block.

Farooq is very awesome and professional and I appreciate the services that he provided for me. Myra was also great for offering me cookies and water while I was patientiely waiting for my turn to get my taxes done. Farooq explained all of my tax and non tax questions very clearly for me to understand and thoroughly had me understand everything and I even took notes for my own understanding which definitely helped me so I can know for the long run. I usually would work with Cynthia but she wasn't able to take me since she wasn't here, but everyone else was just as helpful as her. So I do advise everyone else to please come in here and i came here after 6pm by the way so they close at 9pm and it was a good trip to make to save me the time and headache for me to not wait at the last minute to do my taxes.

The Owner is concerned about his customers. It was the service of his employee that was very, very unprofessional. Customer service means a lot when dealing with the public. Bad CS, is my pet peeve, especially when it's laced with personal judgement. That experience got under my skin!! Whew chile! You must have the SAME POSITIVE ENERGY FOR EVERYONE THAT YOU HAVE FOR YOUR OWN!! When working with the public. Ive been using HRB for years, first time at this location though, and the last.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the start, Farooq set our minds at ease. We brought him a headache - a few years of tax returns, both personal and business. He tackled our stack of papers with confidence, promptly and efficiently making sense of it. He asked all the right questions to get proper information from us to make sure each year was completed to our maximum benefit. He was always available to respond to my calls/emails and was flexible to our schedule outside of normal working hours. We felt like a priority and we are so thankful we found him! Even after the paperwork was filed, he's still been in touch as he made the extra effort to check in if we've received our refund and stimulus checks.
