I made an appointment which I was given the 6pm slot. The tax preparer called me and I called her back confirming my appt. she began telling me in a rude way that if I’m not there by 6pm she can not help me. Then why schedule me for 6pm. She was very rude and her tone of voice was unprofessional. Her name is Mrs Stewart from the 95th street location. I will not return there, my first time there.
