5 stars! Food was hot and delicious. Driver even went to the store to get the 2 liter of Pepsi since they were out. Exceptional service. Thank you Papa Johns Collinsville.

Aside from the fact that the pizza was not hot, it just didn't have that good pizza taste. I had to look for the sauce. Maybe it was dried out because it sat in a Door Dash delivery car for so long. It would have been nice to know that our pizza was doing so much traveling!

I order from here almost once a week. It is my son's favorite pizza place. Everytime I use rewards they use less toppings and deliver it late(i place my orders ahead of time so they will be on time). I don't know if it is company policy to drop the quality when using rewards but that is what they do.

If you want your order delivered after waiting for two hours and then your driver decides to cancel your order because he claims he couldnt find your address or even attempt to make contact with you by phone then go ahead and order from here! Service is trash and so are the workers. Except for maybe the one guy I spoke with! The woman was a sarcastic one who chose to hang up on me instead of helping me because she claims I was "hostile" but who wouldn't be after waiting that long to feed their kids! I order from here to often. I suppose pizza hut or dominos will have to do from now on!

Easy to order. Got what I ordered and it was made perfect. The place was clean also. She was in a good mood too. Keep up the great service and food please.

They don’t pop dough bubbles. There is way too much crust, which is the main way they skimp. They also generally skimp on toppings, especially cheese. You can get almost the same experience with a Little Cesar’s $5 pizza. If you order a special, they skimp even more. If you go in, the staff are rude and act like you’re a bother just being there instead of paying for delivery.

This location is great. Food is always good and delivery is fast and on time. The delivery driver that delivered my pizza today was very friendly and polite. His name was Ried. I love Papa John's

Awesome place last week we ordered pizza it took forever we never said nothing its understandable, this week in the mail we get 2 free 2 toppings pizza coupons cause they said it took to long to get are order ..very cool thanks Papa Johns

I ordered a pizza for my kids at 7:03 pm and I called at 7:54 asking where it was and the man who answered the phone said his gps system was down and they couldn’t track the driver then I was asked to speak to the manager and I said yes then I was told the gps on the drivers are fine and the driver was 3-4 streets away from my house and would be 5-8 min it’s now 8:37 and I have been on the phone with them again they said they had no record of the order and wasn’t going to deliver it I was charged and not given my pizza I was told I can call the call center and tell them about my problem. Worst management I have ever seen and I’ve worked food industry my whole life. I would not recommend ordering or dining in at this establishment. Worst service ever.
