Quick, easy and friendly service in a clean facility! I had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. The crew at Mavis was able to identify the problem, repair the damage and had me in, out and on my way in about 30 minutes. I’ll be back for my future tire and brake needs. Definitely recommend!

So first off, I went to the Walmart off of sycamore road in dekalb, and they told me that they would not touch my tire. It’s got a small slash in it from a piece of metal on the road. So I came to Mavis and they told me that Walmart policy was kind of stupid, and he got me in right away to fix it, and the didn’t charge me for the service. Super nice people, all of them, and they are all super helpful. Definitely going to be a returning customer.Thank you Mavis!!

Excellent and fast service! Got a screw in my tire and they got me in within an hour of calling and fixed within 20 min of arriving at the shop! Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience buying four new tires at this shop for my van. They also did a patch job for my husband’s truck. Reasonably priced, quick work, and friendly interactions. We appreciate their commitment to the customer, they made accommodations for us. I had a nail in my tire a few months after the purchase of the new tires, and they took care of it right away. Highly recommend!

Stopped in to have old tires removed from my alloy rims. When I called they quoted $40 to dismount and dispose of them. Two other area tire centers quoted me $60 and $80 to perform the same service. The service technician that assisted me was friendly and very professional. He had the job done in under 20 minutes and when I returned refused to charge me. I was told it was a quick and simple job, no charge, and enjoy my day! That was both a pleasant surprise and customer service experience! I will be returning when I need new tires! Thanks!

Wow, I am impressed. They took my car right away and got started on it. Less than 2 hours and even included an oil change. Freddie was professional and very helpful. I waited and did work and the interaction he had with customers and his staff was amazing. He is knowledgeable and upfront about everything. Def be back with the other cars.

Came in right before Thanksgiving and these guys were able to help me out right away! Customer service was great! Very attentive, polite and professional. I would highly recommend if you need tires or any basic car maintenance come here and speak to Kris and Freddy! They will take care of you!
