While shopping there was a hat out of reach, when i turned and asked the Lids employee if i could see a hat she immediately got an attitude. Was asking questions about a few hats and still an attitude. So i continued shopping looking to buy a few hats and i could hear them talking amongst each other saying he must be colored blind. Whlie checking out they never said a word just the price. While leaving one of the ladies said " see that's how I'm going to start being".

I bought a gift card for Xmas for my kid from this store . So we go back a day or so after Xmas to use it and it’s nothing on the card. The lady that sold it to me was acting like I was lying about the situation. I live a hour from this location so I didn’t have my receipt with me. So when I make it home I look at the receipt and notice the barcode numbers don’t match up on the card and the receipt. So that lets me know I was scammed. This is the Lids at the Wolfchase Galleria in Tennessee. Did this happen to anyone else during Xmas?

They were asked did they want to sign up to get discounts towards their next purchase. I asked the cashier why didn't you ask me did I want that? He said most people say no, so I didn't ask. That's not good customer service. You don't know what I want unless you ask me. Poor customer service, very poor.
