Absolutely horrible customer experience. Stopped in to get a to get a hot and ready pizza. Was told that they have no pizzas ready, there is no waiting and they were only taking pizza orders to go via the app or on line order. This is totally against the "Hot and Ready" concept of Little Caesars. This location should be shut down.

They told me that my order would be ready in 30 to 20 minutes and they took about 2 hours!! I'm never going to the little cesars ever again I recommend you guys to go above 4 and half stars. Also it was only 3 pizzas

We placed our order at 755pm and didn't get our 2 pizza's one cheese and one pepperoni until after 9pm. The place seemed more interested in helping the people just walking in instead of making sure the orders that were placed were done. What is the point in ordering on line to save time? When in reality it takes longer than just walking in. This place seems to be steady going down hill.

Im Deaf and was Taken advantage of! Ordered 10 pizzas and was told itll be ready in 5 minutes for an hour!!! It was for my birthday party and I relied on You to make pizza for my Birthday. The worst part was to be told that I am lying and making the whole story up and there was a communication issue!! I'm deaf! All you did was ruin my party and make me feel like my life was an inconvenience because I'm disabled.

This is the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. My wife and I ordered food from there today she was scared for her life! Three customers were fighting and one customer asked that a manager call the police. One of the employees came from the back and called the woman a b****. It took them over an hour to get our order done while all this was going down. One employee told my wife that it would be awhile and was drinking, eating and scratching her head behind the counter. I’m done coming to this ghetto place! I’ll take my money elsewhere!

They were behind, but they called out a kids order who had been standing there for 30 minutes. He said it's mine. The lady walked away. I told her she had called out an order and the kid is here. She yelled we are behind. Then the kid had to wait another 15 minutes to get his food. I'll never go back. Such rude employees.

My daughter wanted Little Caesars thin crust. The crust was thin, the pizza was okay. She really liked the Italian Cheese Bread ALOT. She said next time just get the bread. :-) The service was good, they acknowledged you when you arrived. They did not have the food ready when it was supposed to be, but the wait really was not bad. Parking: There was alot of parking available.

Don’t go if you have limited time, like on your lunch break, unless you’re preordering. They also don’t make sausage hot and ready anymore, even though it’s on their menu. I waited over 20 Mins for a lunch combo at 1230. There was no cheese all around the edge either, which there is supposed to be.. at least I knew it was fresh out of the oven..

Horrible. No standards whatsoever. They sent me two, expensive and burnt pizzas! They ought to be ashamed for letting anyone see these pizzas. Avoid this location- you’re better off throwing the cheapest frozen pizza you can find into the oven. I want a refund immediately.

I ordered 2 $5 meal deals for me and another person through the Little Caesar’s app for delivery. The driver did a wonderful job. However, we opened our boxes to find the pizza looked a little off. I bit in to a piece of my pizza to find the pizza was raw, despite the crust having color. I called the number on the sticker attached to the box and I will be getting a refund. I tried to call the store to inform them they need to watch whoever is cooking the pizzas because this big of a mess up will end up with someone getting sick. No customer service from Little Caesar’s and raw food is enough to warn people to stay away from this location for the meantime.
