Special thanks to Mr. Eric and of course all the associates at this location seems to have the drive and passion to help and serve . Wow! My shopping was done in a breeze because Mr. Eric an associate here was able to direct me to the actual resources I needed to have my project done. I gladly replaced my options to his directions .Not only did he volunteer to ask me what I need, he accompanied me to each aisle that has sufficient options to satisfy my project needs .

Horrible service. The product was defective. The store clerk would not return for a refund and or an exchange the item. We will never shop here again. This is also not the first time we have had horrible customer service here.

I try to support small business, but this store seems to have inventory issues. I have been over there many times in the past few years (especially for paint) and they are always out of something I need. I end up having to drive to Home Depot or Menards to finish shopping. Blame was placed on the pandemic, but now what? The most recent trip, they were completely out of small containers of wall spackle. Well, at least they had sandpaper! Back to the big box stores.

Walked into the store wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help. I put my items back and walked out. I actually went to the Ace in Roselle and they were much nicer. As pricey as the products are, you should greet all customers. I can understand if the store was busy. But in this case, the HE store wasn’t.
