I drove 4 hours to this bank since Woodforest is my bank of choice. Since we moved there, are no Woodforest Bank here, so I used that branch. Nothing but kind wonderful people there. Very friendly and always smiling. Ready to help and explain everything. I have been with them for 9 years and they have never treated me bad always helping whatever I need. The staff here are just so nice and the customer service you can’t beat. Would I refer this bank to anyone yes and I have. Thank you Woodforest and all your Managers, tellers and customer service.

bad about customer service to be honest very short to the point and emotionless half the time and it comes across as rude. Will make excuses even when a situation is thier fault. Honestly going to switch to us bank or bank of Springfield I'm done.

My husband and i have been with this bank for years, but today we are making the switch. We are so tired of dealing with this branch's manager, her rude and condescending behavior is unprofessional.

Doesn't care about their customers. Customer service is crap. Needed some cash from a large check deposit on several occasions and they've refused, insisting on holding the full amount for seven business days even though all were business checks, one even a cashier's check. Also the manager lied to me about putting a hold on the funds from a check I deposited, claiming the "home office" did it, when in fact she did it herself. She also refused to try to verify the check even after I gave her the information needed to do so. I will be closing my account as soon as all my transactions clear.
