Okay I’m writing this review as of 6/02/2022 I have been having to battle this store management team for 3 months now and customer service side of things has not been any better. Do not recommend you do any business here they are running a fraud scheme to increase there sales number I have been the most recent victim of there thieving tactics. I’m writing a formal complaint to corporate to escalate my issue hopefully finally it gets resolved. Firstly I’d like to start with I been a loyal customer for over a year I was on auto pay for all my services Att Fiber internet ,att tv provided through direct tv , and lastly my phone service I have 5 lines and two Apple Watches. Never paid over 330$ a month after walking into the store i was promised a new rate plan by adding two new lines my bill would be the same not lowered but stay the same I aid great let’s do this. After this interaction everything seemed great but later got my first bill was 194 I was like great my bill is lowered then several days later I called about upgrading my phone service and att customer service said I owed 894 $ before I could do anything I’d have to pay that amount. Turns out the att agent canceled my old account and transferred my line to this new creating a mess of activation fees pro rated charges all my auto pay discounts gone my original device discounts gone and now I’ve never pay phone bill on time so after weeks of weaving through phone call after phone call it went down to 360 and my 194 went to my old canceled account the money never was credited back to me then fine I’ll pay now my following two bills 797 $ and my most recent 1000$ I have been in a hellish nightmare if I regret anything in my life is walking into this store. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET WALKING IN THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER IM OUT OF ALOT MY HARD EARNED MONEY

Greeted by staff, and told a slight wait due to staff shortage. Helped within a few minutes and resolved my problem, answered all my concerns. I would minus 1 star for OOS items, but young lady offered alternate suggestions to my satisfaction. AT&T has great employees working here

Was there today. They wouldn't sell me a phone cash. They wanted me to change my plan or wouldn't even deal with me. They said you dont change to our most expensive plan you can just buy it online and not waste our time. Then on they way out the guy had the nerve to ask me to look at their direct tv streaming service. No thanks. Maybe its time to switch providers. 20 year customer going away to the competition. Im sure att could care less.

After hours online with Apple, and corporate AT&T in my home, I went to this Louis Joliet store for help. It was unbelievable the amount of time and lengths first Claudia and then Mohammad went to getting to the root of the problem and then solving it. I walked out of there very very impressed with their knowledge and care. I highly recommend this store and would not shop at any other AT&T.
