All about customer service here. Specialist Claudia loves her job and always puts customers first. The only Verizon store I go to.

Visited the store twice in the last week. During my first visit I picked the model I wanted, but they didn't have it in stock. Their demo unit was missing parts and had no SIM in it to demonstrate signal strength. During the 2nd visit I wanted to get a new SIM card for my new device (didn't have it with me, just my current phone) since my current SIM might not connect to the future enhanced 5G Network, but again they were unable to help. According to the store the SIM is tied to the serial number of the device it will be used in which is not true. I have had the same physical SIM card for the last 10 years in several devices... and the only reason I had to get a new one back then was when the format switched from Micro SIM to Nano SIM (different size). So ordered a new SIM online and corporate sent it out immediately. I had it three days later. Unless you want to see a certain phone in person I would skip the store, everything else can be done online.

0 stars isn't an option so I'll give 1. They didn't ask why I came in put me in line then skipped over us for other customers. The gentleman that came over to us was rude as heck then took another customer. I'll definitely go somewhere else to get my new phone. I love my service but will no longer deal with this location.

This is a corporate owned store. Their staff are poorly trained. I have traded 3 phones on 3 different occasions and each time they made mistakes. And then I spend huge amounts of time fixing the problems they created. You are better off doing everything online because these people make way too many mistakes

The customer service at this store is horrible. The people working there are rude and disrespectful. I needed a new phone, the workers were just trying to make a sale irregardless of my situation. As a corporation the higher ups need to be involved at the store level. I’m appalled by the customer service. Please look at the reviews for this store. They are awful employees.

They sold the phone but we're unable to activate it. Could not import phone numbers, any apps or anything from the old phone. Besides incompetence they were extremely rude. Ended up returning the phone and paying 50 for restocking fees. I'm still in awe at the level of incompetence.

I got I and out relatively fast for the reasons I went in for stuff was friendly and wasn’t too crowded. They seemed to be out of stock of the it popular items but that’s seems normal i this day and age but overall I was impressed

This is nothing against the store itself but it’s about for how shotty the service has gotten in the past 10 years. Each year Verizon gets worse and worse for coverage. I get the newest iPhone each year and still I am in shock on how bad the what was once awesome service in the majority Chicagoland area goes down the drain. Stay far away from Verizon.
