Husband and I ordered burger meals; fries were clearly old and had been sitting under heat lamp or something. My whopper was disgusting. Barely warm. No cheese as I asked. No lettuce. No sauce. My husband's burger tasted as if it was old. The only thing about our order that was good were the fresh nuggets we waited on.

I watchd two of the girls working handle 3 different orders with there vare hands that's not sanitary even if they wash their hands they should have gloves one when handling food definitely not coming back

Very quick service. The restaurant was clean and presentable. Friendly staff and a very short wait time. Drive thru was way busier than the lobby. My thought is that this location is a little tricky when it comes to restaurant traffic because it's set back and a little out of the way.

Went out to lunch, didn't have much of a line or anything, waited 25 mins plus, there was only 2 people in the back, any food they made sat out of the heat lamp, their fountain drink machine in the dining room didn't have the spigots attached to them at all. After waiting for 35 mins we find out that they had already made our food and given it to someone in the drive through, and didn't even try to warn us. After we went up to ask about it they apologized explained what happened and then re-made our food, and to "make up" for the over 30 mins wait they gave us a free large onion ring

Absolutely the worst Burger King, ive ever been to. Employee was to lazy to take my order in the store, she said they were really busy and to use the kiosk, i said id rather not use the kiosk, she said have a great day then. I left went to the drive through and when she handed me my food, i asked her "i thought you were super busy" and she spit in my face. I will never spend another dime at burger king.

Drive-thru. No one in line ahead of us. A few cars in the lot. Understandably short-staffed, but…it was five minutes before we could give our order. Thirty minutes later we had been given someone else’s order, and then our order, wrong, three different times. We ended up leaving with something that resembled our order. But cold. Slowest fast food in my life, and I’m over 40.

I came in around 7:50 and by 8:30 our food was still not ready. The cashier seemed to have misplaced our order. Wish I had gone to any other fast food place.

Came here with my family today after a doctors appointment. Went inside and as we were looking at the menu we were directed to use the kiosk instead of going up to the counter. Not a problem. We use the kiosk to place our order, go sit down, go back to the car to grab a seat for my daughter, sit back down again and wait for our food (which takes a long time considering there is no one else inside). As we’re waiting a man comes in and stands at the counter to order, he waits probably 5 minutes while being ignored before someone decides to tell him he needs to use the kiosk. He attempts to use the kiosk but needs help. The woman who is working tells him he needs to use the kiosk or go to the drive thru. He tries to communicate with her what he needs, she again tells him kiosk or drive thru. He leaves, I assumed to go somewhere else because the people here are rude and telling someone at the counter to use a kiosk when you’re right there is ridiculous. After we witness this our food is ready so I go to grab it and she informs me that the dining room is closed and we need to leave…. What? So we grab our stuff and go sit in the car to eat with our toddler. Get to the car, we’re missing a drink and some of our food. As my husband is waiting for what they forgot to give us he witnesses the man come back into the dining room to eat the food he was told he had to purchase at the drive thru if he couldn’t use the kiosk, the woman also tells him the dining room is closed and he needs to leave. Are you kidding me? If the dining room is closed then lock the doors. This experience was ridiculous and I wish I would have looked at the reviews and just gone to Costco instead.

GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION! There is a reason for all the 1 star ratings. If there was a ZERO, I would have used that. This location has the most disrespectful staff, worst of all is the actual daytime manager. I should have paid attention to previous reviews. I recorded our conversation, after telling her I hit the record button of course, after she kept telling me if I could not come pick up what they left out of the order there was nothing she could do. We all know they write your name down so you can get at a time of convenience. Evidently not at the Stadium location. I know the workforce is suffering right now, but really? Whoever owns that location ought to be ashamed to have someone with that supposed manager’s lack of professionalism or at least any workplace etiquette. Will never get our business again.
