Wow! What a HUGE difference of service at Montgomery location than Great Clips in Geneva. Montgomery location has THE BEST!!! customer service. Two hairstylist greeted us right away and very nice people! My kids were so happy with their haircut! No problems, no rude people. Both of the hairstylist were so attentive to both of my kids and they cut their hair exactly how I explained. I recommend this place and I will come back! Service: Haircut

I went here to get a haircut and they refused to give me a haircut because I would not wear a mask that has been proven to be very close to useless. Not only that, but several people their had their masks down, so it was clearly just for control and show. Obviously not being enforced because they believed it was helpful, but only for show. So sad! I have been going here for a long time now. I highly suggest not supporting this shop...it will only encourage this behavior.

My son loves going to sports clips. They are always so nice & friendly. We also are in & out, but with a great job. Never had a problem. Recommend to who ever

Great timing, and exceptional customer service. The lady that did my haircut talk to me through Ways to help with my psoriasis and gave me various suggestions to deal with my hair she was super sweet super kind and did a great job Service: Haircut

Debbie is great, I showed her a picture and she made it happen. I don't have the easiest hair to work with either. My husband comes here too and his hair is always done well. I did have one no so great cut here before I found Debbie, but I think it was a language issue.

I haven't been to a haircut place in a long time because my wife cuts my hair, but she wasn't feeling good, so I thought I'd get haircut done at Great Clips. Went this morning. It says it opens at 9am. I went at 9 and doors had still been locked. They must have known I tried getting in, but nobody unlocked the door. Waited few minutes in my car, and saw a lady costumer try opening door that was still locked, and she knocked, then they finally opened the door. I then go in, and no smile from employee. It seemed like she wasn't enthusiastic about another costumer coming in. Plus there was already a guy there getting his haircut already before the doors were open. So it must have been someone hairstylist knew. But even so, have door open on time. I figure they must make a lot of money since they don't care about being attentive towards a costumer. After I thought that, I figured they don't need my business, and left after few minutes of waiting. Don't bother with this place. Glad I didn't get haircut.

The girls at this great clips are really good stylists! Their talent is worth more than $14 so you can’t beat that! I feel at home every time I go there :)
