Haven't been there for a LONG time. Most of the registers have been converted to SCAN & GO. Only 4 registers/2 were cigarettes and alcohol. The lines were SO LONG. A lot of us still pay by check or flat out don't want to scan and bag their own groceries. A lot of us are 60 years old or older. A lot of us are loyal Walmart customers and evidently mean nothing to corporate.

This store has HORRIBLE customer service. I called and asked to talk to the produce department. Customer service dept. was really short with me and rude. She told me that I couldn’t talk to the produce department because they were busy. I have worked in the grocery business for 40 years. This is completely unacceptable !

I'm tired of this store being out of stuff, the workers who are filling the carry out orders being in the way and not moving and not offering assistance. Lots of workers standing around doing nothing! Do better Walmart! This review is for the Paris store, I'd much rather drive to Marshall but high gas prices cause me not to go there all the time.

I have never had any issues at all coming into this store at all. Tonight was very busy but I already knew it was going to be and that's because there is a major winter storm that is supposed to be headed out way and people were panic buying stuff. I just needed to get some food items that I had forgotten the several times I've been to Walmart lol.
