The early morning clerks that were there this morning were doing super...there was only 2 of them. (One didn't show up and the other quit. ) They were busting butt holding down the store. Their attitudes were amazing. Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The washers however, have been out since the last time I was here about a month ago and the water pressure in the shower sucked this time. Not sure what they did....but they need to undo it. I usually have a 12 to 24 hours wait when I'm here and laundry and great showers is a huge thing when your otr for weeks at a time . .. the showers here use to be high pressure.

That feel when you spend $700 for fueling diesel and hardly find place to park your truck, tired with hope to take a shower and wash your clothes and you find washing machines out of service, all of them 🤦🏻♂️ such a big company with big names and can’t fix this small problem… by the way to take a shower you have to wait min one hour

Some of the employees offer great customer service…and others don’t. Food they offer was good, but if you see a sign that says they’re offering a deal on something and get to the register and that deal doesn’t ring up right, you’re SOL. They don’t honor it and don’t care either. Store part is well stocked and cleaner than other flying J’s…but you’d be better off getting snacks from Speedway if you’re trying to save money.

Don't stop here for 34 if you need to do laundry. Can't figure out how a truck stop that makes millions of dollars a month at site and a company that makes billions can't seem to get things fixed. How is it 4 washers are out of service in a week and they can't get them fixed. And why can't they clean up trash along the curb. Pilot is far from being convenient stop for OTR truck drivers and disgusting no matter what way you look at it. From the bathrooms to the parking lot. To the PJ fresh food always dried out or looking nasty and employees handling food and no sink for them to wash there hands before hand and handling money and God knows what else before handling food. Oh and if taking a shower bring your own towels. Nothing better then seeing shower towels and wash cloths sitting on janitors cart and attached to mops.

Very clean showers. Nice organized clean store and restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are the normal overpriced truck stop prices. Its one of the better Flaying j I’ve been at. parking lot is laid out pretty good and relatively easy to get into spots. and way to many reserved parking spots.

The so called maintenance man that was on duty 8/7/22 accused me of stealing and that he knew me from somewhere and that I look just like the one who stole a bunch of stuff a few months ago and I told him you want to check the camera and his exact words were "you can steal anything you want out of here it don't bother me", witch I see very un professional. for one I'm a truck driver I have no need to steal anything I really don't appreciate being accused of stealing when I'm a paying customer this is the first time I have ever even been to this truck stop. And will be there very last, shame how your employees treat the true paying coustomer all because of how someone looks.

Dude cleaning showers is slow I've been next for 45 minutes. As if we drivers don't wait enough during the day now we wait for this guy. Seriously all the showers are open and waiting to be cleaned just found out they're waiting for towels to dry. Unbelievable this place

what you buy with 6 dollars in pilot flying and what you buy with 7 dollars in speedway it is incredible that they charge so much being so close

Parking lot is big and lots of semi and bob tail.. The inside however.. I Went into this place twice. The night time there was blood splatter on the wall in the women's bathroom. There was no toliet paper or paper towels there was trash on the floor.. I guess no one ever checks these. I didn't go back to check if it was there when I used the bathroom the second time (I used the drivers side) but decided I wanted something to drink and found these while checking out how empty this cooler it. I can only hope it's being cleaned but I don't know about that. There was food still in there. Gross! I understand staff shortage and blah blah blah but when there are 3 people standing around talking with a line full of people it's time to reevaluate the staff. Maybe have more guidance on cleaning procedures. I travel quite a bit and this is one of the worst Flying J's I have seen on the inside..

As a OTR trucker i love this Flying J. This place has a huge parking lot for trucks, up to 100+ and at least 20+ bobtail spaces, and 12 fuel lanes that move pretty fast. This place also has a RV dump and pumps for vacationers. The store is clean and orderly and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this travel center to all when traveling through the St.Louis Metro area.
