I drove to six different places when I googled that says they sale postcards in vain. When I almost gave up someone told me to check this store out. Though, it was 15 minutes away it was well worth it. They save the day for me, because I found the MD postcards I was looking for, the staff is very friendly. The place was very clean, organized and inviting. When you become a member for free, you get all types of goodies. I get to pick a free card today, thank you so much that was unexpected. I appreciate you guys having this store open locally.

I visited Banner's store #888 on March 5th , 2022 at 12:00 noon. My sales associate Katie gave me the 100% perfect customer experience . Her wonderful personality and professionalism made for a balance of a great day. So too often we comment on the negative , but I'd like to point out an extremely positive experience. My father & I are loyal customers to the store , but Katie surely sealed the deal for me today.

Very friendly staff! The young lady at the cashier was amazing and patient with everyone. Everything is well located and the prices are so clear. I bought my Rainbow Pom Pom from them and love it so much.

Was looking for a specific item that was sold out online/in store. Janice (hope I spelled your name right!) went above and beyond and called other stores to try. I wasn't expecting any luck after a few days, but Hallmark Creations manager was able to secured one and Melissa notified me. Thank you all so much for your assistance!! Looked at Christmas decorations and they had some very nice ones but prices were high. Good place to browse around for those little specials thing.

I don't ever go in. I am just transportation for my wife who LOVES this place. It does look like a nice store, which I have observed from my spot in the car, playing games on my phone. Y'all wanted an honest review. There you go!

Thanks God there is still a place I can get cards for my Godparents! The lady in the back was really helpful and pleasant helping me find them. Awesome store with so many cool gifts.
