My son's car was iced over, so he accidentally ripped the handle off of his Ford Focus. A helpful technician promptly arrived to unlock his vehicle that same evening just a short while later. The next day, Jeff Stone who owns this business, took time out of his busy day and performed a house call driving over 20 minutes later. He then helped us to disassemble the door in order to determine exactly what part was needed. This was above and beyond helpful because this was a repair that was not made by Collision Solutions, but rather one that we were handling ourselves. Because of his expert assistance, Sam was able to fix the car door the next day without paying a hefty service bill. Thanks so much, Mr. Stone, for your timely response and amazing customer service!! :D

Collision Solutions is, in my opinion, the best body shop in Quincy. I like that they will pick up my car with their tow trucks and bring it to their shop. They helped me navigate through all of the insurance issues and got my car back to its original condition.

Jeff and crew are great to work with! They do the work they say they're going to without seeing how much extra they can make the whole thing cost. Plus, they are friendly and easy to get along with, not a bunch of factory robots. The exact amount of professionalism to satisfy my OCD perfectionism and personality to have me recommending them to anyone I know that needs an auto body specialist.

I won't go back to this place, at first they were nice on first accident then before that got fixed, I hit a deer and totaled my car. Not my fault. And they are dragging this out haven't gave my insurance company all that they need so I can get another car. It's been almost a week. Needless to say I work 7 nights a week and I don't appreciate their delays in getting things done. I didn't have rental car on my policy but now I do. Lesson learned. Very unsatisfied.

I had a wonderful experience with Collision Solutions, and would recommend this business to anyone needing repair services. I specifically was assisted by Devin Houghton, he was kind, professional and helpful. Devin was able to make a repair to my vehicle for nearly $1000 less than all of the other auto body companies I received quotes from. Devin was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I received such great service and costumer service the I am going to go back and schedule to have other minor work done, at once again an extremely lower price than I have been quoted for anywhere else here in Quincy. Thank you guys at Collision Solutions for you polite and helpful costumer service!

Getting into an accident is stressful enough, but picking a repair shop to take your vehicle to afterwards can be even more stressful. I had no prior experience with a local shop, so I chose the first one on the list given to me by my insurance, and crossed my fingers. When I went for the estimate, Jeff Stone was the first person I met. His caring and friendly attitude, attentiveness, and explanation of the process start to finish - took the pressure off of me and put my mind at ease. Even during their busy time, they were able to schedule my appointment the very next week, and had my vehicle repaired in less time than they anticipated. It looked better than it did even prior to the accident. Jeff and Jason did an amazing job, and I won't take my vehicle anywhere else in the future. Collision Solutions ROCKS!
