Really enjoyed my experience at the store. Really amazing worker/customer service. Mattress was expensive but that's usual with buying beds .In a few months will update you on the mattress. Didn't give a full five star yet only because I need to try out the mattress for a period of time and then I'll be back to rate the final review.

Outstanding experience at this MattressFirm. I came in with a warranty replacement request for a mattress purchased several years ago from another MattressFirm and they helped me very quickly with no questions asked. The same mattress had gone up over 1k in price since I bought it, but they matched the price. Fast service, great employees, I would gladly visit here again the next time I'm in the market.

Best experience EVER buying a mattress! Marty, Steve & Misty are an amazing team. I walked in, Marty asked all of the right questions that told him more about what exactly I was looking for. Steve also helped was some incredible suggestions, and Misty was a great leader and also helped in the process. It was an amazing team effort. You can tell that they're great people that have pride in what they're doing. They showed excellent team work and I will always come to them and I highly recommend you do business with them! I can sleep well knowing that those 3 are taking care of people's mattress needs!

Walked in with 1 simple task, we needed a new mattress for our guest room. That quickly went out the window in the best way. Misty was super friendly and helpful from the beginning. She was so upbeat and funny. She was able to help us find a mattress for our guest room but also a new mattress for us at a great price! And it was completely out of the blue, not what we went in for but left so much happier!

Came in to browse as WE THOUGHT our minds were already made up at the previous store. But the sales person did exactly what we like: let us roam; asked a few questions to steer us with a few suggestions; left us alone; returned reminding us of their platinum setup service and the weekend promotions. Bottom line. We bought a queen size firm mattress with a Heads Up base at a substantial savings over our first choice. AND it will be delivered and set up this week instead of in 3-4 weeks. Only disappointment was not knowing about the 0% financing option until the transaction was over. I rate the experience: 👍👍👍👍👍 Yes, 5 Thumbs Up!!

Steve. All I can say is Steve. I have been searching for the right bed for years now and it wasn't until I came to this mattress firm in Vernon Hills and the Manager/Store Associate Steve literally changed my life. I have been to several sleep doctors, sleep studies, therapies, mattresses, pills, ETC...!!! But it wasn't until I went to Steve and spent 5 hours in this Mattress Firm allowing for Steve to help me learn and understand the dynamics of sleep. He taught me how mattresses affect your body, mind, and quality of life. He should be hybrid models, cooling science, and much more. When I say he literally changed my life, I mean HE CHANGED MY LIFE. Lol, I know that's dramatic about a bed, but I never knew a good mattress can really change your life. I bought the Serta Hybrid something something that is cooling. It vibrates, it moves, and it has lights and its own charging plugs...etc...Steve was so grateful and helpful in helping me find the right thing that he even took the time to teach me how to program the bed. Also, he was so budget/financially friendly and observant. Not only does he listen to you, he makes sure to get you into the right thing at a price you like and if you want to make it even more affordable too, he will help you with the financing! ALSO! The delivery is outrageous! I literally went in mid-week and got my new mattress that Saturday...it was like a two day delivery I want to say....extremely long story short I love Steve. I love this mattress firm. I want everyone to get their mattress from mattress firm and I also want to get my parents to get one from there too. The link to the bed I bought is at the bottom. Steve and J.R. took care of us. The both were knowledgeable, professional, and patient. They took their time showing and explaining the different brands until we found the one that was best for us at a great price. They also gave us their sleep gurantee that would allow us to exchange or return the mattress within 120 days. How can you beat that!
