A friendly, full service store. We have been going there for years. The place looks organizationally challenged, but they know what they are doing. They are very good to their customers. We recently bought a tech suit for our high school daughter, and after one use the seams started to come apart. The owner immediately convinced us that rub-down oil used by the coach had gotten on the suit and damaged it, but still did not hesitate to give us full credit. Highly recommended.

What a great group. All the employees are extremely helpful and they stayed open late to make sure that my daughter got the right fit on her suit. It is always good to have swimmers running a swim store. I recommend visiting their store for all levels of swimming needs.

Great service. Staff is helpful with proper fit for competition suits. We have been customers at this location for 6+ years. In the rare case of a problem, they are quick to resolve it.

On 4/15 I order the cap under our swim team. The person that I talked to said the club cut off for the oder is 5/12 and we will get the cap at the end of May. However, apparently, only half of the club order get shipped at the end of May. The other half has yet to arrive. Our first meet was 6/13 and we have to wear the team cap and my daughter doesn't like the latex one that was given for free by the club. One thing that I don't understand is if the club cut off date is 5/12 why only half order get processed and why the other half was processed late. I have paid my order since 4/15 and it has been two months and I have not received my order. Perhaps the store needs to visit their order process and there is no apology made by the store that I have not received my order. Customer service may also need to improve on how to handle this kind of situation in the future.
