Waited over 30 min. in line yesterday for a car wash. I finally get close, there was 1 car in front of me and then the car wash screen says, "Out of service." I tell the guy inside the BP and he said he'd be out in a bit. 10 min. go by and I have 5 cars behind me now. So, then I had to tell everyone in line to back out so we could get out! Unbelievable! Don't get your car wash here! The workers don't care! ~Judy

First off I am reviewing this location ONLY. It is a small station with a limited inventory of snacks/drinks inside. However the cashiers have always been nice, as it is more a community gas station more than anything. Lived in the area my whole life, and they have consistently low or lower than average gas prices for the area. You can usually find cheaper BP gas at Cass & 63rd. However I like to support a gas station in Westmont to at least give the business taxes to Westmont. ~Bill

I've come here few times but they need more people there to help customers get things done. It's frustrating for us. I thought the they knew better but i guess not. I hate being behind with deposits that must be done before end of every month but it's hard. I know they are trying their best. ~Kyle

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. While I have used the Westmont location a few times in the past the current management and technicians were terrible. The center is clearly understaffed, but instead of being candid upfront, they have taken the approach to mislead and lie. Daniel, the technician assigned to me, flat out lied on multiple occasions. He continually changed his story as to the status of the repair and the interaction with my insurance company. One lie after another. On top of that, he was impossible to get in contact with even after promising to update me in "a few days". If i hadn't complained vehemently to the manager (Rodney), they may still have my car. The car was ultimately completed 4 weeks after the original promise. I will never use Autonation Collision again. I have passed this along to the General Manager at Laurel BMW recommending they not send their good customers to this location. Services: Body & Trim, Painting ~william

After months of searching I found my upgrade. Sam was super nice and patient with me. After I told him what I was looking for and my budget, he told me he had the perfect Acura for me and he was not wrong. He was honest and straight forward, told me right away that he would not show me a car that I would fall in love with and not be able to afford it. I felt like he treated me like family.
