AlphaGraphics is a very useful and helpful business partner (whether using their services for personal. Club, school. Municipal or business needs)! I’ve been working with them for a little over a year on a very large (for me) club project. They have been helpful, insightful, and extremely patient as I’ve worked with them to list hundreds of names on 13 posters that will replace our outdated and unsightly tournament winners plaques.

The people that work here were lovely and tried their best to help; they were able to get me a product with half an hour or so! However, the cover was crooked and some of the photos were lacking in print quality with scratches and discoloration on portrait that were no previously there. Though it was quick, the product I was given was not of high enough quality to serve the purpose I need and I will have to get it printed again elsewhere.

Very impressed by the customer service, quick turnaround, and pricing here. Submitted the "get a quote" form on their website and got a call the same day. Submitted my final file the next morning and the job was ready that afternoon. Barb was great to work with. Print quality is also wonderful! Will definitely use them again if I need more printed.

I have work with this company for quite awhile and although I have endured a long wait and inconsistency on their part of communication. I decided to stick with them for they are the closest shop that does printing services in the Wheaton area. Christine Fenne is inconsistent with her promises. She said she will call but never did. She said the business card will be done in a 2 week but stretch up to 1 month. They said give us the file and we will resize, design and take care of it for you but then they emailed me right after and ask me to change the design 1 week later. (they said they we're on a conference.) Overall, I tried approaching them the nice way but I notice a peculiar attitude from the majority of the staff despite changing the approach. It feels as tho that they are always mad about something. Again I have worked with them and this is my assessment. I never really write a review but today was the last draw. My advice is to find a different place to print your materials if you want to avoid long waits, grumpy attitude and unprofessional staffs. I do not wish ill for anyone who works their but the way they run their business is very very unsatisfactory.

Very happy, grateful and thankful for the service of Alphagraphics Wheaton and their wonderful project manager Christine Fenne. I emailed my file to Christine who reviewed and acknowledged file was good for output. She then sent an invoice presenting all costs prior to printing. She was responsive and attentive to every aspect on the job. Living in California, I was keenly aware that I wasn’t there to review and was hoping the job would be as I envisioned; the job was printed and trimmed perfectly! As a former owner of a graphic design studio who has printed thousands of printed materials, I was so happy with Chrisine and Alphagraphics that I gave them another job a few days after our first and that job was also done efficiently and professionally as well. I will never hesitate to call them for any printing need- they were fantastic! Thanks so much Christine and Alphagraphics Wheaton!

Amazing customer service and results. I was in a tight spot with a big deadline, and Christine — aided by the impressive grassroots biz dev of her teammate Carol — really delivered. Print and cut quality was excellent as well — it’s clear the folks behind the scenes are experts, too. This is a great team and local business with a clear passion for what they do — could not recommend more highly!

Customer service was awful, product was inexpensive but very low quality. I sent in a design for some business cards on their website and got an automated email saying they would get back to me to go over the details of the order. After 4 days of hearing nothing I had to call them to follow up. The next day they printed them without going over the details of the design with me. The business cards themselves are extremely thin and flimsy. A waste of my time and money.

The customer service wasn't that good. I was made to feel like the stupid one for not knowing exactly what size I needed. I just had an SD card with pictures on it, but I had to clarify and re-clarify what I wanted. I didn't know what their services included, but just wanted to know more about how they could help me. But this particular co-worker wasn't being proactive. It was an awkward experience, the guy wasn't talkative and wasn't that engaging. Besides that, I gave them a 3 because their store was clean and inviting! :) I do understand that they are probably used to working with bigger clients who buy more, but they should treat every customer the same and try to help them to the best of their ability whether I'm giving them $11 or $500.
